Tayvet wasn't kind to Aether. Nobody wanted his help in saving the world. He confessed to every girl in Tayvet but they rejected him and they didn't care about him and just ridicule him. The only person who was still by his side was Raiden Shogun. She refused to abandon him because she loves him deeply.
