The date is April 14th it is 10 30:P.M. The captain walked over to second officer Charles Lightoller. "Such a flat calm." He said. "Indeed. I do not think I have seen such flat calm in my life!" "Like a mil pond.." Captain Smith chuckled, "Anyways I'm off to bed maintain course and heading. "Aye sir." A while later Murdoch took over. "Goodnight Charles! Sleep tight!" Murdoch would laugh. Down on C deck. Arthur, Ellen, Ivy, William And John were talking. "So, when are we arriving in America?" Ellen asked. "Should be Tuesday." William replied. "Oh wow! This ship is very fast!" Arthur replied in shock. (11:37 P.M.) The two lookouts Fredrick Fleet and Reginald Lee were sitting in the crows nest joking around when all of a sudden. "What's that?" Reginald asked. "Huh? BLOODY HELL!" Murdoch at about the same time spotted what they saw.. "IS ANYONE THERE?" "Yes, why what do you see?" "ICEBERG RIGHT AHEAD!" "HARD TO STARBOARD!" William Murdoch shouted, Robert Hitchens who was at the helm began to steer the helm as fast as he could. "ALL STOP!" Ordered Murdoch. "THE HELM IS HARD OVER!" Hitchens shouted "Hy ain't they turning!?" "ITS GOING TO HIT!" A seaman on the bow shouted. The Titanic hit the iceberg on the starboard side. "Christ.." Hitchens mutterd "HARD TO PORT!" Shouted Murdoch. Murdoch ran to the bridge and closed the watertight doors. 4th officer Boxhalls who was walking to the bridge felt the collision and rushed to the bridge. Boxhalls entered the bridge when he saw the captain arrive at the same time, "What was that Mr. Murdoch?" "We hit an icebrg sir..." "Are the door closed?" "Yes sir," Murdoch replied. Henry jumped out of bed. "WHAT WAS THAT!?" He rushed on to C deck. "DID YOU GUYS FEEL THAT?" "No...?" John replied. "WE'RE GOING TO SINK!" Henry shouted. "HENRY! Calm down! We are not sinking!" Arthur shouted. In voiler room 6 it was chaos "AHH!" "GAH!" "GET UP LAD!" Water was coming in rapidly. "Boxhall, I want you down to the lower decks." The captain ordered. "Aye aye sir." "What was that? I felt a shudder." Lisa asked A steward. "We've most likely thrown a propeler balde. Nothing to worry at all!" A while later captain Smith and Thomas Andrews were having a meeting. "Water 14 feet above the keel in about 15 minutes, water is in the first four compartments...." "And what?" Andrews then replied, "Boiler room E, Boiler room 6 what ever you want to call it. Thats her death sentence. "W-what do you mean? We could use the pumps." "They will only delay the sinking, not stop it. Titanic will founder."
