Chapter 3

ELIZ'S POV

I woke up to my phone blasting 'King For A Day'. I picked it up and answered it, eyes still closed.

"Who is it?" I groaned.

"It's Vic." My eyes widened and I shot up. I started smoothing out my hair even though he couldn't see me.

"Oh, hi Vic." I said, fully awake and a huge smile on my face.

"Someone's awake." He chuckled. "Anyway, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the beach with us today?"

"Sure!"

"Okay, we'll pick you up in about 10 minutes." He suggested and I nodded, facepalming after I realized he couldn't see me.

"That sounds great Victor." What the fuck Elizabeth! Victor? Dear god!

"Wow, we're using full names now? Okay, bye Elizabeth." He said in a teasing tone before hanging up. I rolled my eyes with a smile and walked over to my dresser. I pulled out a solid black bikini and some black shorts. I pulled on my swimsuit and the shorts before grabbing my brush and heading the the mirror. I brushed my hair and pulled it back into a tight ponytail, making sure to leave my bangs hanging down. I put on a little bit of waterproof eyeliner before making a couple faces in the mirror.

Someone rang the doorbell and I jumped. I slipped my phone into my back pocket, grabbed a towel and ran down the stairs. I opened the door and Vic stood there in shock. His eyes roamed up and down my skinny frame and he whistled with a smirk. I play slapped him and raced him out to the car where the other three were. I jumped into the empty seat in the back as Vic climbed into the drivers seat, trying to catch his breath.

"Absolutley beautiful Eliz." Jaime complimented.

"Thank you Jaime. At least someone is a gentlemen." I chuckled, play glaring at Vic.

"I say what I think." Vic shrugged, putting his hands up in defense.

"Mhmm, apparently you speak by whistling." I said, putting my hands on my hips.

"Bad Victor!" Tony gasped as he slapped Vic lightly across the face from behind him. Mike looked at me with a smirk and fist bumped me.

"LET'S GO!" Jaime hollered, pounding the horn.

"Ahh! Stop it! Bad Jaime! Bad!" Vic shouted, throwing water at him. Vic started up the car and drove off to the beach. We all piled out of the car and found a spot on the crowded sand. They laid out their huge blanket and I plopped down on it. I stripped myself of my shorts, put on some sunglasses and put my earbuds in my ears, blasting Pierce The Veil. All the guys ran into the water while I just layed there, getting a nice tan.

I laid there for a good 30 minutes before my earbuds were ripped out of my ears and I was being carried to the water over someone's shoulder. I started pounding on the strangers back and kicking my legs. I made a huge splash as I hit the water. I came up, coughing and spitting out water. I wiped my eyes and saw all 4 guys laughing but Vic was the one who was knelt down in the water, laughing so hard he couldn't breathe.

"VICTOR VINCENT FUENTES!" I screamed which, of course, made the guys laugh harder so that they were all on the ground. "YOU GUYS ALL SUCK!"I yelled, stomping out of the water.

"Eliz! Wait!" Mike called. I looked his way, eyes red with anger. He crawled over to me and removed a piece of seaweed from my shoulder, giving me my sunglasses that fell off.

"Ugh! I'm so going to kill Vic!" I yelled, placing my sunglasses on top of my head before being picked up again. "HELL NO! NOT AGAIN!" As soon as I said that, I was airbourne again. I did a belly flop when I hit the water, making me cringe in pain and curl into the fetal position. "You motherfucker." I growled at Jaime who was the one who threw me this time. I then dramatically held my stoumach and fell, face first, into the water.

"ELIZ!" I heard them yell. I opened my eyes a little bit just so I could see when they came. I saw a pair of feet, grabbed the ankles and pulled on them, making the person fall. I stood up and started laughing at Vic.

"Wait, so, you're okay?" Tony asked and I nodded.

"Dear god Eliz, you scared us!" Mike exclaimed. Vic groaned in pain again as he stood up, shaking like a dog.

"Looks like Vic is a dog now." I said, walking calmly out of the water.

"IM A SEXY CHIHUAHUA!" Vic yelled then paused. "WAIT!"

"NOPE!" I chuckled, grabbing my phone and running to the bathroom. I pulled up Twitter and started typing rapidly as Vic banged on the bathroom door.

I calmly walked out and placed my phone down. I then started running to the water since Vic was chasing me. At the last second, I stepped out of the way, sending him flying into the water and landing on top of Jaime. I burst out laughing, falling to the ground as I heard Jaime and Vic groan. We kept playing around until we decided to leave. We got back in the car and each one of us had at least some kind of bruise or scratch from our day.

"ICE CREAM!" Mike shouted. "ICE CREAM! ICE CREAM! ICE CREAM! ICE CREAM!" Soon everybody, including me, joined in, forcing Vic to pull over for ice cream. We piled out of the car and I jumped on  Tony's back.

"ONWARD TURTLE!" I yelled and he started going as slow as could be. "GO FASTER!" I shouted, kicking his sides.

"BUT I'M A TURTLE!" He shouted back at me.

"WELL BE A SPEEDY TURTLE!" He grabbed onto me tightly and zoomed into the ice cream shop. I stayed on Tony as I ordered and was forced to get off his back. I frowned and let him drop me onto a chair. I started eating my ice cream and talking with the guys.

"It is really cold in here." I complained. Vic took off his shirt without a word and handed it to me. I smiled at him and pulled it on, instantly feeling warmth.

"Better?" He asked and I nodded, a content smile on my face as I shoved another spoonful of ice cream into my mouth. When the guys wern't looking, I put his shirt up to my nose and took a big whiff of his scent. I sighed loudly which made all the guys look at me. My eyes widened and I bit my lip. "Were you smelling my shirt?" Vic asked with a little laugh.

"N-No." I said quietly, shoving a huge spoonful of ice cream into my mouth. Shortly after, I started banging on the table and stomping my feet. I swallowed my bite and continued to stomp. "Brain freeze!" I muttered and all the guys started laughing. "Assholes." I growled, rubbing my temples. Once it went away, I finished off my ice cream and threw it away. Once everyone finished their ice cream, Vic drove me home. He left all the guys in the car while he walked my up to my door.

"Thanks Vic, I had fun today." I smiled.

"No problem Eliz, we gotta do it again some time, maybe without those weirdos." He whispered to me and I giggled.

"I'll see you later?" I asked as I opened my door.

"Definatley, hug?" I nodded and hugged him tightly.

"Oh, you want your shirt back?" I asked.

"Nah, you can keep it, I got more at home." He smiled and we just stared at each other for the longest time. Our faces were almost touching when someone honked the horn, making us both jump.

"CMON! I'M HUNGRY!" Mike yelled. I swear I heard Vic growl as he looked in my eyes one last time.

"I gotta go, see ya Eliz." He said, hugging me again and jogging out to the car, flipping off his bandmates. I giggled once more and went inside my house after they were out of sight.
