It's been 1 month since the party, and one day Blair had just woke up and felt human. Why? Who knows?
"Love? Are you alright?" Klaus Mikaelson knocked on the door.
"Mhm, I'm fine," Blair said not wanting to let him know she was throwing up.
"You're clearly not alright, darling." Klaus bawled. "What is wrong?"
"I'm sick, I don't know why."
"I'll call Bonnie, just hold on, Blair." Klaus told her.

"Seems, something is wrong with her body." Bonnie answered.
"What? Tell me, Bonnie, what's wrong with me?" Blair pleaded with her.
"You're pregnant," Bonnie blurted.
Blair was now laughing. It wasn't Elena, Stefan, Caroline, or anyone. It was Blair-Gilbert. Actually Blair Gilbert."You're hilarious, Bon!" Blair laughed.
Bonnie magically swished up a pregnancy test. "Go ahead. Take it. Go ahead." Bonnie pushed it towards her.
Blair jogged to the bathroom. She wasn't ready, she wasn't ready for motherhood, at all. She was inevitably, and irrevocably, afraid. She waited, she waited almost what she thought was 1000 years, to the least, it was 10 minutes.
"You wanted to find out, go ahead, and find out!" Blair growled. She never looked at all.
"I think we all know what it says. Positive," Klaus revealed the state of the pregnancy test.
"You're a hybrid I'm a vampire." Blair stated. "Impossible." She said bluntly.
"Why would we lie, Blair? You can't even go to college now, because of me, so you're staying here, I guess." Klaus told her.
"No it's fine, we have 9 months. We have 9 months to figure this out." Blair hyperventilated.
"We have to go to the doctor, get a sonogram, maybe." Klaus suggested.
"No, call-Elena." Bonnie squawked.
"What?-No! She embarrassed me in front of everyone at that party, Bonnie! She's not coming to my house!" Blair yelled.
"She can help, please, let her." Bonnie asked.
"Fine, but one problem it's over," Blair agreed.

"What?" Elena Gilbert asked.
"I need a sonogram, we can't go to an actual hospital." Blair revealed.
"You're-I don't have time for questions," Elena prepared the sonogram.

When Elena finished the sonogram, (she was lucky even to know how) it was clear it was girl, whom looked just like her father. Blair was afraid but proud. Proud of the woman she would become.
She wasn't at her end, this was just the beginning.
