Okay, yes playing games all day and night long probably isn't the best idea but it is a entertaining one.
I turned off dead by daylight to load up left 4 dead. Even though it was an old game it never got boring I enjoyed playing the same maps but different variations of the zombies appearing. It kept the game slightly challenging but also easy to get back in to even if you haven't played in a while.
I pressed single player then decided to do the campaign Dead Carnival and just left the character as random then pressed start. As the campaign started loading up I was just looking at the time on my phone it was only 7:00 not even dark out yet that would give me plenty of time to play.
Except for the fact that the second the map loaded up the power went out. I just sat there for a second and rolled my eyes this had been happening a lot in town. Funnily enough it always seemed to happened as Left 4 dead was loading up which kept me from being able to play for a while.
I knew that there was no point in waiting around the power outages had taken hours to fix the past couple of times and this would most likely go the exact same. Luckily my phone was fully charged so I had something to do for a while but didn't want to drain all of the battery so I decided to keep it off.
Not having really any options to do anything else I went to bed early. Hopefully the power will be back on by then if not at least the sun will be out.
------As my alarm went off I turned it off and then got up and picked out some clothes to wear. I looked around my room and realized that the power was still out. At least the sun had started to rise a bit so it wasn't completely pitch black.
Since the power was still off I decided to go on a walk to try and pass the time. As I was walking I noticed there was a lot people out running to their cars with bags of stuff and then driving off. That was a bit strange there wasn't usually that many people out at this time.
I was going to go back home because it probably wasn't a good idea to be outside with all of these people driving like thus. Except for the fact that as I turned around a car crashed into a tree.
I stood then a moment and ran up to the car to see if they were injured. I went to the drivers door and couldn't see anything inside because the airbags had gone off. "Are you okay?" I asked as I opened up the drivers side door only getting a loud mumble in return and a grayish colored arm shooting out towards me. I moved out of the way as the person inside tried to crawl out but was unable to move far due to the seatbelt keeping them in their seat.
That didn't stop them from trying to grab at me though they were able to go slightly past the door allowing me to see their grayish skin and bloodstained face.
Okay that's enough for me first all the people driving away and now a dead looking guy absolutely not. I started to leave to head home telling them I would call the police just in case this wasn't what I thinking it was. I tried to call the police a few times heading home but the call wouldn't go through.
I tried for a few times more but nothing would go through. As I got home I noticed the door was had changed it now looked like a safe room door from left 4 dead. "No, absolutely not this better be a dream". I went inside and put the bar on the door better safe then sorry. Looking around I saw four med kits on my table some ammo and a few guns.
I walked up to the table and just stared dang this dream is really similar to the game. I should probably should take a break from left 4 dead for a while.
I walked up to my couch and laid down and closed my eyes to try and take a nap hopefully this would have the reverse effect of sleep and wake me up out of this dream.

Left 4 Dead
FanfictionRaven considered Left 4 Dead one of her favorite games to play. Sure the game was old but that didn't make it any less fun. But maybe playing it so often wasn't such a good idea. Killing zombies in a game is fine but in real life not so much.
