Chapter 2

~Day Of Leaving Perth~

I woke up and got changed into my clothes that I had picked out. I had breakfast, brushed my teeth, out my hair into a messy bun and then put some light makeup on. I heard a knock at the door, I grabbed my bags and stuff, walked out the doors and locked them. I hopped into Auntie Melissa and Uncle Andrew's car and sat inbetween my 10 year old cousin Mitchell and my 4 year old cousin Maddy. We drove to the airport, and I slept on the way because I had woken up at 6:39am. "Kat we're here." I heard Mitchell say as he shook me. I opened my eyes and undid my seatbelt then undid Maddy's seatbelt. I held Maddy's hand across all the roads and as we walked into the airport I saw all my friends. I let go of Maddy's hand and ran over to all of them. "Guys omg you're here!" I screamed making people look. "Surprise!" Tahlia said. I saw a boy around my age that looked familiar holding a sign saying Kat Angle come here now!hahaha. I ran over to the boy and looked at him more closely, omg it was Luke Brooks from the Janoskians. "Hey are you Kat?" He said smiling."Yeah we better check in." I said walking over to a desk. We checked in and I walked over to all my friends. I started crying, I was gonna have to leave them very soon.

First I went up to Alexandra. "Alex, damn girl I'm gonna miss you!" I said hugging her. Next was Olive "OlivePoo! I will miss you so much!" I said hugging her, next was Matt "MattyBoy. Bestfriends forever." I said hugging the crap out of him. Tahlia started crying "Tahlia Rose Cox I love you so you better not forget about me!" I said tears streaming down my face. I bent down to Maddy's height "Maddy you will never forget me ever will you?" I said so she could understand."Where Kat goiiiing?" Maddy said turning to Auntie Melissa. Next I bent down at Mitchell's height."Never ever ever forget me Mitch. Always remember to keep those missions going agent PoopFace." I said making him laugh."I love you agent PooBottom." He said hugging me, we pulled away and he started to cry which made me cry even more. I stood up and jumped onto Uncle Andrew."Thanks for teaching me how to kneeboard, skii and wakeboard! Thanks for everything." I said hugging him tightly. I moved onto Auntie Melissa "Thanks for everything you've done, seriously I love you so much. Don't let any of the kids forget about me." I whispered in her ear and giving her a bear hug. I let go and walked over to Luke "Bye everyone, I love you all." I said waving bye as me and Luke walked to the waiting area. We sat down on a couch and I burst into tears."I miss everyone Luke. Why did mum, dad and Tommy die?" I said in tears."Everything happens for a reason." He said hugging me. After a while he lifted up my chin so I was looking at him, next thing I see him leaning in to kiss me. I leant in and kissed him back then he pulled away and blushed."Luke what was that about?" I said smiling and turning his face so he was looking at me."Well when I first saw you I got butterflies, I really really like you. I know we've only just met but will you be my girlfriend?" He said nervously. "Yes Luke." I said kissing his nose making him smile. "Here." Luke said grabbing a wipe out of his backpack and wiping the mascara off my face."What a cute couple!" A flight attendant said walking up to us."Hey Um when are we boarding?" Luke asked her."Right now." She said pointing to a door.

We got on the plane and I layed my head on Luke's shoulder. "Favourite colour?" Luke said randomly."Blue!" I said happily."OMG no way mine too!" He said in an American girly voice. I laughed and put my arms around his waist. I drifted off to sleep listening to Luke's music. "Kat wake up!" Luke said shaking me just like in the morning and Mitchell did exactly the same thing. I stood up and grabbed my carry on bag then held Luke's hand, he looked back at me and smiled. We walked into the airport and I heard several girls scream "LUKE LUKE IT'S LUKE BROOKS!" I covered my face with my hand because I didn't want my photos taken."Baby here." Luke said taking off his hoodie and handing it to me. I slipped it on and put the hood up, it worked heaps food. We walked into the carpark and a van pulled up in front of us."C'mon." Luke said walking over to it and opening the door. I hopped in first and strapped myself into the middle seat and Luke sat next to me. Gina turned around and looked at me from the passenger seat."You're a beautiful girl Kat." She said smiling."Thankyou but not really." I said back."Yes you are!" Luke said hugging me. I pulled off his jumper, damn it was hot with a jumper and sweater on. "Hey Jai." I said waving my hand in front of Jai's face "You texting Arianaaaaaaa?" I said teasing him." Yes I am texting RiRi." He said back."Awwwww RiRi!" I said because it was actually so cute that he called her that.
