Chapter 1

Thirteen years later...

Robaire awoke excited "Oh my gosh it's today!" He shouted as he went to wake up his brothers "Jesse wake up!" He cried as he shook his brother awake who just swatted his hand away and tired to go back to sleep. Robaire the went into the Aarons room. "Aarons wake up it's today!" Robaire cried as he went to wake up the youngest even though they were all born the same day there mother told them the Tae Young was born the last the Aaron T was born two minutes before Aaron Z then Jesse and finally Robaire was born the first. "Tae." Robaire whispered as he crept into the room before opening the curtains with a hast "Robby why would you do that!" Tae squealed/groaned as he hid his face with a pillow "Come on Tae today we are finally asking her!" He replied as he ran towards the main part of the tower. But as he was doing that he tripped on his very long hair. Oh yeah I forgot to mention during there 13 years of hiding there mother didn't cut there hair because if they did there hair would return to there natural color and lose it's healing power so all of the boys had very long hair that was golden yellow. Not to say that it would cause problems it caused a lot of problems. The most common thing was the Aarons hair would get tangled up with each other and it would take the entire day for them to untangle them. Other times someone would step on it and it would be very painful. "Come on guys it's time to ask her." "Robaire what are we going to ask for again?" Asked Jesse as he stretched "We're going to ask mother if we can go outside!" Robaire replied excited "But mom says that the outside world is full of cruel and selfish people!" Tae replied with a worried expression on his face "Come on Tae will protect you." Said Robaire as they heard there mother say "Boys let down your hair!" "I got this guys." Said Robaire as he strung his hair though a pulley hole and used it pull up Mother Gothel. "Ah thank you Robaire I honestly don't know how you do that everyday with out fail." She said as Robaire walked towards her "Um mother would like to ask you something." Robaire asked "Oh and what is?" Asked Mother Gothel "As you know todays is are birthday and we were wondering can we go outside?" He asked "No what would you even want to go outside anyway. You know it's for your own protection." Replied Mother Gothel "We know but will protect each other we won't talk to strangers." Replied Jesse as Gothel began to sing.

That evening Robaire looked out the window to see the lights of Toronto. "One day will go outside."  He thought as he turned off his lamp and went to sleep.
