A new hope (Ninjago Morro fanfiction)

C H A P T E R 6

At some point, around probably 5 am, Morro fell asleep. Unlucky for him, there were shades of orange on the horizon, sunrise...and Garmadon was such a person to start off the day at sunrise.
Despite having no rest he shook the boy awake. "M--mh Wha--What?" Morro asked confused and Garmadon replied "It's time to go.". "W-what , but I ...just fell asleep" Morro said annoyed and Garmadon was quick to say "And so have I, almost." "We're going now."..."Wh---Why???!!" Morro asked all mad and annoyed only to have mad eyes glare at him and pierce his soul. Morro then  sat on the bed and lowered his back and head , covering his face and trying not to have a mental brekadown. Garmadon was getting ready and said "C'mon, we are leaving. Now." to which he got an angered response full of tears, "Y---you did this on purpose didn't you???! You were waiting for me to fall asleep after all this time so you could wake me and make me restless and angry and-"he was cut off by Garmadon "Enough. It isn't my fault you fell asleep just when I planned for us to leave" "Bu-" "No!  I though Wu at least taught you when to wake up". "YES HE DID, AND HE TAUGHT ME TO STAY RESTED AND TO---UGH DON'T MENTION HIM." Morro responded. Garmadon grabbed him by the collar "You.Won't.Raise.Your.Voice.On.Me" "Is.That.Clear?!". Morro shook away from him and crossed his arms, still having tears from his eyes. How great, No sleep and getting mad at.

They packed silently and left, Morro followed behind not saying a word, staring at the ground the whole time. He was curious about Garmadon's life, but he didn't want to show his curiousity and didn't want to risk ending up in another awkward fight.
However he didn't know Garmadon was having the same thoughts, he was curious about Morro's life, but wasn't in the mood to listen to that annoyed edgy voice.

After about an hour of walking , they reached some sort of Monastery-wannabe.
"We're here." Garmadon said breaking the silence. Morro didn't say anything, he was just thinking of how it might be the same scenario that happened with Wu.
 Garmadon turned around to Morro and said "Hellooooo". Morro looked at him and said "Wh--Okay-Okay and what now?" to which Garmadon replied "Attitude boy." "Now you meet Master Chen, under whom I've been training. You won't be training under him though, but me."...

They kept walking till Garmadon heard a familiar voice that chuckeled and said "Oh well look who's here, my favourite student, or are you!". Morro looked to see the man who had Quite red hair slicked backwards and to the sides, he was in black robes with red accents, almost the same shade of red as his hair. His observation of the man was ended when the man said "Oh and you've brought a friend?Rather young friend-?". Morro looked him in the eyes with a disapproval and Garmadon replied "We could say so. This is Morro, he used to train under Wu until some...things happened". Morro was annoyed to hear that. "Ah I see, well then, Morro, welcome, welcome to my training grounds! I am Master Chen!"Chen replied and raised an eyebrow in a friendly and surprised way, he wasn't expecting new people all of a sudden. Morro stayed silent and still had the look of disapproval.
"He will be training under me however." Garmadon said. "Oh? You'll have to earn a title first, don't forget Clouse is here too." Chen replied and then a voice was heard "Yes. Don't you dare forget who's been here a longer time, Garmadon."... Garmadon adn Morro turned to see another man who had a very dark brown  slicked hair and was wearing purple and red clothes."Clouse." Garmadon said annoyed, but competitive.

"Why don't you get some rest, and then you two could show me who's better. and the one who's better, gets to train our new member! Morro was your name, right?" Chen said and giggled.
Garmadon was mad,m he wasn't gonna let that piece of shit train this little boy. "Chen! We need to talk.Privately.". Chen replied "Alrightyooo, but first  make the boy feel at home!".

Garmadon brough Morro to one room and told him to wait there. "Don't go anywhere, and please do not talk to anyone. Especially not against me,alright?". Morro was kind of amused "Oh, Oh I see, Now you want to be friendly?". Garmadon replied, but tried to stay calm 'cause he needed Morro on his side "Uhh--- I have always been trying to be friendly with you, Morro. Just, don't talk crap about me. That's all I'm asking of you at the moment.". Morro replied "Alright, I'll try" and smirked. Garmadon left annoyed to go and talk to Chen. Morro however was only teasing him. He wasn't gonna talk against him 'cause if he really needs to train under someone, it won't be under that Creepy Optimisitc Redhead Chen, nor under that Creepy secretive-looking Clouse. They were all suspicious anyways.

Garmadon entered the room Chen was in and said "I don't care about who wins, but he will be training under me. Nobody else will train him."
"That's not how it goes though." Chen replied. Clouse was overhearing their argument and he didn't really want to train anybody, but he did want to annoy Garmadon so he would try to win against him.
