Lyla's pov

I walked towards the window slowly, walking around the broken glass. I opened my Windows and leaned on the window seal. The good thing about my parents is that they actually do make a decent amount of money and are able to pay for minor things like this as long as it doesn't happen often. I looked down and saw Andy fussing at Ashley and a girl trying to get them to stop. I cleared my throat. "Um...hey". They stoped immediately and looked up at me. "Hey!!" Ashley and Megan said in sinc. Andy was bright red with embarrassment. "I'm soo so sorry for that let me pay for it" he yelled up. "No no that won't be necessary it's fine as long as my aunt doesn't see...I'm gonna call my mom and clean up the glass. I'll be down in 10 minutes..please don't step in the flowers my cousin will kill me" I said bitting my lip. "Okay..can I help?" Andy asked looking up at me. I smiled. "Of course.. the door should be open" they leave the door unlocked when im home alone, hoping someone will come in and murder me

The window wasn't that bad I guess considering that I have a pretty big window. I grabbed my phone and knocked the loose glass on the window away, then closed it. I dialed the number then waiting for her to pick up.
*phone call*
Mom: yes dear?
Me: hey mommy can you call a window guy to come and fix the window...a rock hit it
Mom: I sure can but why did a rock hit the window?
Me: long story..I'll explain when I'm able to explain what's going on better. When will you been home and where is aunt bitch and her demons? I giggled to myself
Mom: lyla that isn't nice! I'll be home at 4 and your aunt will be home at 10. She's looking at houses then going to a club
Me: ugh..what about her brats?
Mom *sighs* they are somewhere with their dad...but I don't know when they will be home so can you try to make the window not noticeable till I get home?
Me: yep..I'm going out with my friends want me to leave them a note on the table?
Mom: yeah and I'll text them. Love you see you Later
Me: I love you too
Mom: bye
*hangs up*

I felt a pair of arms wrapped around me and jumped. "Shhh it's just me baby" Andy's voice echoed through my brain. "Mm hello.." I said and relaxed into his arms. "What did she say?" "She said to make it not noticeable and that she didn't know when they would be home so let's make this quick" I turned around and pointed to the bathroom. "Get the broom and dust pan and clean please.. and I'm gonna go look for a set.of curtains to hide this with" "of course my love" he said and smiled. I leaned up and kissed his cheek softly then walked out of the room.

Andy's pov

It's weird how much you can learn about someone just based on their home environment. She did not live a happy one. After she gave me the tour and showed me all their rooms I suddenly didn't want her in there anymore.. "hey do you need a place to stay?" I asked. She smiled and opened the front door. "Nope my aunt is moving out soon then I'll be happy" she said. "Oh okay well that's good.." "hey you guys ready to go? We're gonna go to the mall then chill at the park sound good?" Ashley asked. We all nodded and headed to the mall.
