Ch. 6 You got it

Jesse POV

When I woke up, I saw that there was a light on downstairs. Which is kind of odd assuming I was always the first one awake. 

I walked into the living room. I saw Tae-Young sitting on the couch. "Tae, What are you doing up so early?" I asked. "I couldn't sleep," Tae  responded. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that," I said. "It's okay. When are we going to the studio?" Tae asked me. "I was thinking in a couple hours," I said. Tae nodded. I knew he still felt off. "Do you want to go sooner?" I questioned. "Maybe sooner than later," Tae said. "Well how about you pick a time then? " I asked. "I just want to get it over with," Tae said. "We can leave earlier if you want," I suggested. "I'd like that," Tae said. "I'll start getting ready," I said. "Okay, I'll get ready shortly," Tae said. "Okay," I said walking upstairs.

I was finished getting ready. Tae young was in his room packing up stuff to bring. "I'm ready," Tae said. "Okay, so am I," I said. "Okay, let's go," I said going downstairs. Tae followed behind me. "Should we let someone know?" Tae asked. "I'll text Y/n in like an hour," I said. "Okay," Tae mumbled while putting on his shoes.

The walk there was quiet. "You'll do great, don't sweat it," I told him. He smiled. "Thanks," He said. I opened the door to the studio. "Okay do you want to go through step by step or showing me what you remember?" I asked. "Can I just do the dance and like I'll follow what your doing?" Tae asked. "Sure, That sound fine," I said. "Okay," He said. He was looked anxious. "Are you alright?" I asked. "Did you tell the band?" He asked. "No Tae. I told them to be more patient with you because I know you don't need the extra pressure," I said. "Oh," He muttered. "Come on, you got this!" I said. "Okay, I'll try," He said. "Okay follow me," I said. He just nodded. 

Time skip*

"You got it!" I shouted. Tae young had the biggest smile on his face. "I got it!" He said jumping up and down. He hugged me. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" He said. "I knew you would get it," I said. He giggled. "So victory nachos?" I asked. "Sure," He said.  

I opened my phone. 27 missed calls. It was Y/n's number. I figured I should call her. "Hi," I said. "Where are you?!" She asked. "I'm sorry I forgot to text you, I'm at the dance studio with Tae Young," I said. "Can you just remember to text me," She sighed. "Yeah sorry, Bye," I said. "Bye," She said. I shut my phone. "You got everything Tae?" I asked. "Yeah," I heard him say faintly from the front entrance. "Okay, lets go," I said. 

We were walking down the sidewalk. "I'm proud of you Tae," I said. "Thank you," He said. I grabbed my phone to text Y/n. I told her that we'd be home in about 20 minutes. She responded wishing us good luck in hopes that fan-girls don't trample us on our way home. The waiter walked up.

"What can I get for you?" She asked. "Can we just have the nachos please," I said. "And to drink?" She asked. "Umm, I'll have a pina colada," I said. "Oh uh- I'll have a pina colada as well just hold the rum" Tae said. "Yeah of course, Your drinks will be out in a moment also I'm sorry if the food takes a while. We're a couple staff short," She said. "Oh it's alright," Tae said. 

She came out with our drinks. " Here you guys go, Also if you don't mind me asking are you from 4*Town?" She asked. "Yeah, Why?" I said. "I was just curious," She said. "Are you coming to the concert tomorrow?" I asked. "If I could I would, I told my friend that I'd look after her dog tomorrow, He has separation anxiety," She said. "Oh, I get that, Some things hold more value in life," I said. She nodded. "But I mean there's always next time right!" She said. "Yeah, I'm sure we'll be in Toronto again soon," I reassured. "Yeah, then I'll be able to buy a ticket!" She said. "I hope to see you next time we're in Toronto then," I said. 

Our food had been served a short time after. Me and Tae were pretty much done. "Cheers to learning hard ass choreography," I said raising my glass. Tae chuckled. "Cheers to learning hard ass choreography," He reassured. "Are you guys finished?" The waiter asked. "Yeah, Thank you," I said. "You're very welcome, I hope you enjoyed your food," She said. "I did," Tae said. I nodded. "I agree it was delicious as always," I said. "I'm happy to hear that," She said picking up the plates. "So, I'm thinking we'll stop at the house for a couple hours and then I'm planning to take Jayden and Harlow out on some outings," I said. "Sounds like fun," Tae said. "You're welcome to come if you'd like," I asked. "Oh no I'm planning on staying home for the day, Maybe watch a movie, I don't know," Tae said. The waiter handed us our bill. I slipped the money into the folder and handed it back to her. "Thank you," I said. "You're welcome," She replied. We both got up to leave.

Time Skip*

I opened the door. The rest of the band were watching a movie. "Hey," Robaire whispered. "Hi, Why are we whispering?" I asked. "The Aarons fell asleep," Robaire said. "where's Y/n?" I asked. "She woke up to have breakfast text you and go back to sleep," Robaire said. "She just called me like 20 minutes ago, and then she fell back asleep?" I said. "She's been in the shower for twenty minutes straight," Robaire said. "That's a mood," I said. "Are Harlow and Jayden up yet?" I asked. "I don't know, They haven't come downstairs yet," Robaire said. "And you guys didn't think to like wake them up or something?" I asked. "They're probably growing Jesse," Robaire said. "I'm going to wake them up," I said going up the stairs. 

When I opened their door, I saw Y/n sitting playing with them. "Oh hi Jesse," She said. "Hi dada," Jayden said. "Hi dada," Harlow said. "Hey guys, Good morning," I said picking them up. "I thought you were in the shower," I said. "I was, that was like 10 minutes ago," Y/n said. "Okay, Robaire told me you were in the shower," I said. "Well sometimes Robaire's an idiot," She said. "So Robaire's an idiot is what you're telling me?" I asked. "Enunciate on the word sometimes. Also yes sometimes Robaire does idiotic things, but so do you," She said. "You're so sweet," I said. "Trust me, I know," She said. "You guys go downstairs, I'll make breakfast for you guys in a minute," I said to Harlow and Jayden. 

"So any insights on the case?" Y/n asked. "I'm going into tomorrow and presenting everything I have to use," I said. "So have you thought of everything she could use against you and counter moves for those things?" She asked. "Yep, I even got DNA tests done in case she says that I'm somehow not the father," I said. Y/n laughed at my remark. "Smart," She said.  "I mean Harlow looks almost exactly like a mini me," I said. "That's true," She agreed. "Let's go downstairs," I said. She got up and followed.

"Okay, who wants what for breakfast?" I asked. "I want scrambled eggs!" Harlow shouted. "YEAH," Jayden very loudly confirmed.

Robaire POV

I watched as Jayden's screaming woke up the aarons. "Hiiii," I said. "Alright who allowed T to drool on me?" Z asked. "Sorry," T scoffed. Y/n giggled. That triggered everyone in the room to laugh with her. "Nice laugh," I said. "Thanks, Jesse normally describes it as a demonic get an exorcist immediately type laugh so," She said. "That's what it sounds like!" Jesse insisted. I laughed at the thought. 

"Also move over," Y/n said wedging herself next to me. "Your sister is very demanding," I said jokingly. "Princess Robaire is over-dramatic," Y/n said in response. I laughed at the name. "What are you then?" I asked. "I'm Queen Y/n," She said dramatically. "Soooo you're my queen," I said. "Y'all sound like a cheesy ass couple," Jesse said. "Jesseca with all do respect you and your flesh-lings can fuck off," Y/n said. "Daddy what's a flesh ling?" Jayden asked. That one got the whole group cackling. "Jayden- You're a flesh ling," Y/n said. "I'm a human," Jayden said. "Jayden Baby it's a joke," Jesse said. "Okay, I don't get it," She said. "You will when you're more mature," Jesse said. "Please- I'm not even fully matured," Y/n said. "Y/n we know, That's irrelevant," Jesse said.
