"Humour The Hook" // Cpt. Hook x Reader

Chapter 1

Hook's POV:
It was a humid day in Neverland, the waters were clear as was the sky, not a single droplet of water fell except from the waterfalls in Mermaid Lagoon but that wasn't the only thing. Tears fell. Tears from someone no one would suspect even had the ability to cry. Sitting at his desk, head in his hands; Captain James Hook was crying.

The captain's cabin door creaked open as his right hand man walked in and instantly recognised something was up. After all, Hook and Smee have known each other for many years so if something is wrong they would instantly notice.
"Are you alright there Cap'n?" Smee asked with a tilt of the head.
Hook lifted his head with a childish pouted lip.
"Oh dash it all Smee, that Pan...I give up.. It's so unfair I'm telling you now! Getting all the attention and here I am the most feared pirate in all of Neverland. I just want someone who.. Doesn't run away or treat me like a monster.." He sniffed and leant his only hand on Smee's shoulder.
"Oh Cap'n, dry your eyes, crying will do no good!" he pulled out a handkerchief and let Hook blow his nose.
"I'm sure there's a fair maiden out there who would treat you like a king as you would treat them queen!" he giggled to himself gleefully.

The Captain leant back into his chair and stared up at the sky.
"I've just had a fabulous idea Smee!"
"All you're ideas are fabulous Cap'n.."

The next chapter will be longer because it's quite a major point for the storyline.
This was just a simple introduction to get the story going.
