Atlas seems to be a confident person who is a powerful attuned user. Much like the mythological character she is named after... It seems like he feels the world is on his shoulders and thus is jaded and doesn't trust easily. This is confirmed when he tells Andres to not trust any of the Pend Pals.
As a Moon-Att, Atlas tells Andres he has the ability to sense moods and emotions, but he is not looking forward to more heart-to-heart conversations with him . As tells him , Atlas has a lot of hard edges. Atlas appears to have no qualms about knocking people out (if Andres isn't skilled enough to hide him or improvise). Atlas also is frustrated that Andres caregivers did not train/teach/prepare him for the fight to come.
When Andres asked what ther parents were like, Atlas tells him, that he got his mom's magickal aptitude and problem solving. He goes onto joke that this must have missed hik . He implies that between the two of them, he is not the best at sports.
When Atlas meets Andres friends, Griffin tells him that they both are kind of total opposites. Andres say Atlas took the fighting skills, the deadpan stares and the extreme nihilism, leaving him with the social skills.
Andres
Atlas tells Andres that he is his twin brother and this is confirmed when Atlas shows Andres the other half of the photo he found, of himself as a baby. He decide to see through Atlas' memories, will refer to Andres as the older twin. Dean Swan tells them both that Andres were born a minute before midnight and Atlas was born a minute after midnight.
Professor Swan
She admits to knowing Atlas and calls him by name when Andres saves him from the Shade that attacks them. Swan subsequently reveals to Andres that she had no idea Atlas had been stuck in the Mirror Dimension this whole time. Before the two of them go back to Andres dorm, she tells Him how Atlas did a lot to keep him safe and shield him from the evils out there.
Theia
Atlas' caretakers told him that his mom never lost hope that the they wikl all get through this and be a family again. Atlas tells Adrian that Mom proposed to Dad and he burst into tears on the spot. when the truth about there mother comes out, Atlas is hurt and angry that she did not come to find either of Them or save them from Raife.
Pend Pals
Atlas' only interactions with Andres friends were by pretending to be him or by eavesdropping when hiding from their sight. Atlas believed their secrecy to be suspicious and that they shouldn't be trusted. they finally meet and clear the air. At Andres surprise birthday party, Andres help Atlas break the ice with his friends over a game of 'Never Have, I Ever'. Shreya tells Atlas that she will make a Pend Pals bracelet with special enchantment for him in three to five business days. Atlas tells the group, "You are all... decent. I... appreciate your... kindness." and Griffin is touched although he mentions that Atlas looked like he was dying when he said those words.
Aster
Atlas finally meets Aster when the first is dragged to Penn Square with Andres and Shreya to shop for gala attire. When Zeph is taken by and Aster exhausts herself branching, Atlas tells her to stay behind. because they are starting Penderghast together, Atlas calls Aster an ally, to which the wood nymph says she will be the best ally ever.
