Shit. Its 9:18 and I'm INCREDIBLY late. I've missed at least two periods already. No biggie. Just joking. BIG BIGGIE. The professors here are very strict, and if they found out, they might as well just kick my ass. I'm dodging students as I sprint to my chem class. I finally reached it, and without thinking, I said,
"Sorry I'm late Mr. Coin!"
Coin said in an extremely furios tone,
"If you are late AGAIN, Miss Paige, you'll be in hot water."
I took a seat next to my friend, Terri.
"Hey, Alice. Why are you so late? And especially in Mr. Coin's class?!"
"I was busy doin' stuff last night," I said.
"SILENCE!" Coin exclaimed, slamming his very wrinkly fist on his desk.
I'm walking to the food court because I'm STARVING. I only have twenty more minutes until my next class. I get my tray and join the line of hungry animals(of course I mean humans) and wait for my meal. As I walk down the line, a guy bunps into me and spills his tray all over my pants. I'm disgusted.
"What the hell?! Oh my God, I'm so sorry!" The stranger says.
"It's...It's fine..um..what's your name?" I said as I stared into his ocean-blue eyes.
"Noah," he said. "My name is Noah."
