"Y/n, you're literally so lonely in this apartment why don't you try on adopting a hybrid instead to keep you company" My friend, Yewon suggested and I saw her hybrid friend nodded, agreeing.

"I don't know, Won.. adopting an hybrid takes a lot of responsibility and you know I have school" I said and continued eating the pack of chips I was holding, Yewon shrugged and patted my shoulder.

"As long as you're happy or whatever I guess" Her hamster hybrid friend sneered

School had been very stressful lately, they were a lot of schoolworks for me to catch up since I had skipped school for 2 days because I was sick due to overeating junk foods.

I groaned in frustration and sighed constantly, I heard a notification from my phone and it lighted up revealing that Yewon had texted me.

Y/n! Wanna hang out today? I'm free (〜￣▽￣)〜

I felt guilty for declining her offering to hang out since she was rarely free, I stared at my schoolworks for a while and decided to do them.

It was morning, I had realized that I had fallen asleep while doing my schoolworks I got up from my chair and yawned while stretching my arms out. 

I looked at my calendar and smiled widely It's Saturday!  

I got ready for the day and went downstairs to cook breakfast for myself, and yes, I am living alone ever since my parents had divorced. Yewon's parents are the only people who took care of me and also her too. I shrugged of the thought and grabbed the pan, deciding I should have eggs for breakfast.

After I finished cooking breakfast, I ate them quickly and washed the plates and utensils that I used.

I plopped down on the couch and scrolled through instagram.

Minutes later I heard the doorbell ring, I opened the door and saw Yewon smiling.

"Yewon? Why are you here?" 

"Are you really sure that you don't want to adopt an hybrid?" She asked ignoring my question earlier.

"I do want one- but I'm too busy and also lazy to adopt one" 

"It's saturday, let's go to the hybrid shelter and look for a hybrid for you to adopt then" She babbled and I looked down at my outfit.

"I have to change first-"

Me and Yewon are at the hybrid shelter, I was mesmerized by the hybrids here. They were so cute.

We took minutes looking at the hybrids while the worker was with us explaining every detail about them, I nodded my head listening to him.

But someone caught my attention lately when we arrived here, the bunny hybrid... His features were delicate and very soft, The worker and Yewon seemed to have noticed that I kept staring at him for a while and decided to walk to him. We followed him and the boy looked up from eating his carrot.

"This is Lee Heeseung, a bunny hybrid. He's been here for awhile now since nobody wanted to adopt him, but if they do they return him because he isn't very ideal for a bunny hybrid" I looked at him and smiled, waving my hands. He waved back at me and continued eating the carrot. 

"soo, thoughts?" I pouted, a habit of mine when I am thinking or deciding. 

"I would like to adopt him"

It was the next day and also the day where I can bring Heeseung here at my apartment and be his owner. I was both nervous and excited.

I did my morning routine and went from the shelter where he was in.

"Hey, you're the girl from yesterday! I assume you're here to take him home?" He smiled at me making his eyes disappear.

"Ah yes, Lee Heeseung the bunny hybrid" He nodded and led the way to his room, his room was like any other room. There was an bed and a table where he could eat at but they were also stuffed toys. 

I guess he likes them

Heeseung immediately got up from his bed and glared at the worker. "Get out of my room right now!" He yelled at him making the worker roll his eyes.

"I won't cause I'm here to introduced you to your now owner" Heeseung looked at me and I gulped, his eyes were like a lions' I guess the worker was right, he isn't very ideal for a bunny hybrid..

He observed me for a second and his eyes softened and relaxed. 

"She," He pointed at me and looked at the boy who was beside me "is now my owner?" 

"Yes Heeseung- and I need you to control your voice geez you scared the woman" He looked down and mumbled a sorry.

"Hi Heeseung" I said in a gentle manner so that he would not lash out or do something bad at me, He looked up at me and had a small smile on his face "Hi.." He whispered.

"I'll just let you both talk and take your time and HEESEUNG," He said while saying his name loudly but not very loud "don't do anything bad! I'm watching you from the CCTV" 

Heeseung nodded and with that the worker left, now we both are alone. Silence filled the room for a few seconds, he fakely coughed enough to gain my attention.

"I'm Heeseung, Lee Heeseung" He said

"I'm Y/n L/n, I hope you are okay with me adopting you?" I said hoping that he is okay with it, He smiled and nodded slowly

"I'm okay with you adopting me, I can already feel that you're very comfortable to be with"
