I watched as he walked in, his eyes never taking off hers. I was jealous of the girl who he talks to, he looked so happy, he isn't like that when we were on the talking-stage. He wasn't that happy with me, I was devastated.

His arms wrapped around her shoulders as she lets out an smile, which was adored by many. I mean, who could blame them, she was so pretty even I was starstrucked by her beauty.

"Ah, you're so fucking beautiful." He complimented her while walking past by me, my gaze not leaving their figures until they disappear at my sight.

As soon as they did, I felt a tap on my shoulder, I looked to see who it is and saw Jaeyun - my bestfriend.

"You know what, can you please just stop staring at them whenever they pass by at us? It's so creepy, you know?" Jaeyun teased, I scoffed and closed my locker, heading to our next class.

"What's the next subject?" He asks.

"History." I replied, focusing on my way to not bump into other students. He hums and began wrapping his arm around my waist, surprising me.

"If only you know that you're also loved then you wouldn't be like this. You wouldn't be in this state right now." He whispered, leaning closer to my ear as I stopped on my tracks turning to him.

Our faces were now approximately close, he pulled away when my breathing became heavier.

"I like you, y/n but you're too dumb to even realize that." He confessed. I was speechless, no words came out of my mouth. I looked at him and he shrugs his shoulders,

"It's not like I'm forcing you to like me back, just letting out my feelings for you." He laughs, grabbing my hand leading me to our history classroom. 

We entered the room, seeing that there aren't that much students yet. We sat ourselves at the front seats,

"I do love you Jaeyun, but not the way you love me." She mumbles, but he can still hear it. He sighs and ruffles her hair,

"It's okay, it's okay."

I stood here, watching him and her now wife stand there in happiness. I was happy for Jaeyun, he looks so happy with her.

The two of them poses, preparing for the cameraman to take an picture of the both of them. His face was plastered with an smile, you could tell that he was the happiest.

After that, I saw the newly-wed couple come towards me,

"Hey Y/N! Glad you attended my wedding, I was hoping that you'll attend." Jaeyun said, his arms wrapped around his wife. I nodded and smiled.

"Of course! After all, we're best of friends. How come I won't attend your wedding?" I responded, earning a chuckle from the both of the couple.

"Well, we have to greet other guests too, let's go now yeah?" His wife said, looking at him as he nods.

"Bye Y/N." She said, Jaeyun following her.

I let out an heavy sigh and approached my other friend that also attended the wedding. Only I approached them because I did not want to look like a complete loner just standing there looking around.

I was too late. If only I accepted you earlier, I would have been in the same place as her right now. Your wife.
