Everyone settled at the dining table. Khan villa was beaming with happiness and the girls in the house were discussing what are they going to wear to tonight's party. Suddenly there was a pin drop silence in the dining hall and both the bahu's turned to see their father-in-law entering and smiled getting why their kids stopped talking.
"As-salam Alaykum dada Jaan" greeted the kids
"As-salam Alaykum" he replied and smiled at his grandkids
Afaan(dada jaan)- Sabhi ko Naye Saal ki bahut saari subhkamnaye.( Afaan said as he smiled)
Everyone started eating their breaking without making a single sound (Kyuki bade log kehte hai ki khate waqt baatein nahi karte)
After everyone had breakfast Afaan asked his daughter-in-laws
"Sab teyaarian ho gyi hain na? koi kami nahi rehni chahiye aaj ki party mein"
"Ji Abbu.. sab teyaarian ho gyi hai" replied Dilshad
Everyone in the house got busy preparing for tonight's party. The girls were busy discussing clothes and deciding what piece of jewelry they are going to wear. Meanwhile, the elders were busy preparing gifts for their guests.
Soon, It was 6'o clock in the evening and all the guests started coming. Khan Villa was full of loud cheers and waves of laughter. Guests were in awe seeing the decorations and were praising the Khans.
"As-salam Alaykum Mr. and Mrs. Qureshi" Asad greeted one of their new business partners
"As-salam alaykum beta and As-salam alaykum everyone and Happy new Year.... Poore Parivaar ko Naye Saal ki dher saari subhkamnaye"
"Apke poore parivaar ko bhi Naye saal ki bahut saari subhkamnaye beta" replied Badi B
"Abbu" suddenly a young man of around 28 years interrupted.
