Witnessing this terrible accident, I became terrified, and I felt my heart beating as if it was going to burst out of my chest. With no second thought, I trekked around and found a mini bar, where drinks and cigarettes were sold. As a smoker and an alcoholic, I purchased a bottle of beer and a pack of cigarettes to help ease my mind from stress.
While drinking and smoking to calm down my tormented brain and rapid heart beats, the unimaginable occurred. Also present in the bar, were some young boys, drinking, smoking, and at the same time arguing about their different foot ball clubs. At first their arguments were soft but as one tries to boast of his club to be superior and should be considered as the best football club, the more the argument grew intense, the bar became nosier than it was before I joined them. The bar tender tried to settle their arguments by threatening them, he spake, " Boys!!(in an angry tone) if you continue like this, I'm afraid, you all will have to walk out and leave my bar in peace".

For few minutes, their foolish arguments stopped, the place became quite, and one can hear himself as he spake. But unfortunately, this peace lasted only for a while. In a flash, we heard one of the boys involved in the arguments shouting "NO!!!!!", and before anyone could intervene, one of them had already stabbed the other, with a bread knife, on the neck.
The atmosphere became more intense than it was before, and in less than a minute, all the other boys had fled, it was as if they disappeared into thin air, leaving the victim  bleeding, and fighting to catch his breath. Every body fled from trouble, leaving only the three of us in the bar, I, the bartender, and the stabbed victim. I myself tried to runaway as fast as my legs can carry me, but my conscience on the other hand was against such evil imagination.

On a second thought, I decided to offer a helping hand. I quickly rushed to the victim as he was in a life and death situation. Due to some nursing skills I learned from my beautiful wife, who's a nurse, I improvised. I sat on the floor, spreading my long negro legs straight across the wooden floor, and I cried out to the bartender to pass me a rum that contains a very high volume of alcohol in it, to help sterilized the wound on the victims neck, but it shocked to turned and look around the bar and found out that, the bartender, had also disappeared. My white shirt was now covered in blood, I became confused, not knowing what to do in such a dilemma.
While preventing the victim from pulling out the bread knife from his neck, BOOM!!!, the police appeared, and in the act, they found the bleeding victim on the floor, with my hand un top of his, struggling for his life.

The police, witnessing the act, wrongly misinterpreted the whole scene, and arrested me for a first degree murder charges, on the grounds of stabbing a fellow civilian.
I tried my best to explain to them what had happened in their absence, but they ignored me and said "mister!!, you have to remain silent, for anything you say or do would've to be used against you in the court of law, if you don't have any lawyer to defend you, the state will provide you with one!!".
Crying and pleading, and at the same time Trying to correct such horrible suggestions, I pleaded with the police to hear the whole story from the "horses mouth" (the victim), but by the time the police could ask him, for an explanation, he was already dead. Seeing this, I burst into anger and shed more tears, shouting on the top of my voice, "oh God!!! Why always me!?"
The police unable to hear the victim testify, cuffed my hands behind my back, and arrested me for murder since I had no witnesses to prove my innocence.
