Unbreakable Heart

My heart is unbreakable,

Because it has been broken before.

After that last heartbreak,

I gaurded it off,

I built a wall,

I built a fort.

I block people out,

I hide my emotions,

I don't let you see,

The true side of me.

My heart is unbreakable,

I have it protected,

So that if you try to hurt me,

I won't feel the pain.

Go ahead and try,

Try to hurt me,

Try to break my heart.

You will never see me cry,

No one will.

I keep my heart protected,

So that people like you can't come along and break it.
