Another Person's POV

Phana was back into his human form. He wants the earth to swallow him or anything else to hide.

"Thank you..."

Ming smiled at him. Phana looked at him and froze. Ming's looking ethereal under the soft moonlight. His eyelashes were long and his lips are rosy. He never saw someone as beautiful as Ming in his Clan.

Our Cub will be cute and beautiful like Ming...

Wait! Did I say...OUR?

Phana frowns. Ming wonders what changes Phana's expression. He was clutching a bag of his grocery.

"Um... I think I should go back. It's already late."

"Wait... I'll drop you back home."

Phana offered. Ming was taken back but he thought it would be safer. He can't risk with safety.

"That would be so sweet of you..."

Phana gave Ming a gentle smile. Ming nods his head. They were walking closely but still, there was a safe distance between them.

"I am sorry."

Ming turned to him and asked back.

"Why are you saying sorry...?"

Phana stopped in the middle and look down in embarrassment.

"For Luca's misb-ehave. He usually doe-sn't behave sil-ly but it's just..."

Ming chuckled seeing Phana stuttering. He shook his head and then replied.

"Don't be sorry. He made me really comfortable even my little one..."

Ming pointed at his baby bump which phana could see slightly showing. Phana leaned his hand to touch the bump but then quickly pulled it back. Luca whined when he couldn't get to touch the cub.

"I...."

"I think Luca got attached to the little one..."

"Uh... Yeah right."

Phana gave an awkward smile and then continued walking. They both walked in silence after that. Phana wants to see if Ming had a proper nest for himself. He wants to scent Ming's surroundings but he has to be patient.

"Good night."

Ming said before walking to his building. Phana looked around to sense any danger. He needs to put tight security here after this incident. He can't risk his mate and Cub's health.

He falls for Ming. He didn't understand how Ming have no mate. He's fucking hot and sexy. Phana sighed and walked back to his car.

He called his secretary who picked up his phone in five seconds.

"I want every single book about male hybrid pregnancy tomorrow morning...."

"Yes, Sir..."

Tay was holding the bundle of pregnancy books to the office when he bumped into someone and all the books crashed down from his hand. Tay was going to scold that person but then stopped when he saw Lee in front of him holding one of the books in his hands.

Lee had a big frown on his face. Tay snatched that book back from him with baked cheeks. Before Lee could ask why Tay had a pregnancy book he heard Phana's voice...

"TAY...!!!"

Tay sighed and tried to grab every book. He runs to Phana's office leaving a very confused Lee there.
