"A flower shop? That's not all too surprising honestly", I thought to myself. I did recall hearing a bunch of stuff about him taking care of golden flowers. "I 'm a bit of a gardener myself... but I grow vegetables and fruit. Everything tastes better when you grow it yourself. Plus, it cuts the cost of... wait, I'm getting side tracked", I said to myself. I was there on business, and I needed to stay focused! The flower shop looked kinda.... lacking. Like it rarely had any business, but managed somehow. I was almost afraid to press open the door and accidentally knock it down. Ok so perhaps I exaggerated a bit but it's wasn't much of a stretch. I had practiced my words over and over in my head after leaving the underground yesterday. The others continued to explore in hopes of recovering their lost memories, but I remembered everything once I touched that golden flower. I somewhat hesitated to open the door and go in. My DETERMINATION was high at first, but then I began to have second thoughts. Would I just be opening old wounds? We ARE alive now so who would I be to rock the boat.... but then I remembered that it didn't matter how I felt. Killing me was one thing, but killing my sister was simply unacceptable! With a sudden burst of energy, I pressed the door open a little bit more vigorously than I probably should have. The second I did....I saw him. Even without his armor, I remembered him as clear as day. Those horns.... that white fur... the strange addition of yellow fur that kind of looked like blonde body hair? Well, anyways, there he stood!

"Oh hello! How can I help you", he asked.

He had a very pleasant voice. Needless to say it didn't really matter however. I could see it in his eyes. The second he saw me, he noticed.... something? Perhaps I looked like the "me" he last saw in the underground. "Hello! Nice flower shop you got here", I said.

"Why, thank you! I don't get much business but I do what I can to spread my love of flowers."

"I imagine. Say! These flowers remind me of something! Hm... what was it? Oh yeah! Back in the underground! There was a huge array of them growing in a particular spot!

If his face had any color, it would have left but I could tell he was starting to put the pieces together. "Underground? Y-you've been there then?"

Finally recognized me, did he? "What's the matter? You look like you've seen a ghost", I said. I had the biggest smile on my face, and I intended to keep it plastered across in my attempt to keep my cool.

"U-um.... sssorry! You look like someone I think I had seen before", he replied.

"Oh? Is that so", I asked as I took another step into the store. I couldn't see my own eyes right now, but I bet they were flashing yellow. Ironically the color of reminding someone to be cautions.

He seemed to take a step backwards. "Y-yes. BUT that can't be so. It must just be my imagination."

"Really? And why can't it be? Is it because... oh I don't know... you never thought you would see the person ever again? Maybe you thought they were gone for good? And I don't mean on vacation." my smile had faded.... I took every effort to form my face into a scowl.

"It can't be... this is a dream, isn't it? My nightmares coming to haunt me", Asgore said as he shook his head and covered his eyes with his fuzzy hand.

"Ah so you DO remember me? Or do you need a refresher. My name is Adalci! And I think you and I have met before. Underground.... MANY years ago.

"How could this be?" I... How could you be alive." The anguish slowly seemed to melt away from his face, seemingly replacing it with confusion.

"I haven't figured that part out yet. What I DO know is that I was killed, and from the reaction I'm getting from YOU...you're aware of who did that, now aren't you?" Of course, I already knew, but I wanted him to admit it, before I grilled him.
