Chapter 2: Flashes and Clashes

Harper's POV

***Flashback***

My phone started to ring I read the Caller ID it's Tyler.
"Hello?"
"Hey"
"Why are you calling me?"
"Its you're Boyfriend. He's being a dickhead again"
"Oh.. what's he done now?"
"Well I don't know if it's certain but.. Blade and another girl.. I'm sorry Harp. Blade cheated on you."
My whole entire world. Came crashing down. My heart shattering. My Soul Mate cheated on me.
"Harper? You there?"
"Yeh" I squeaked
"Are you okay?"
"No"
"I'm sorry"
"Don't be. Its not you're fault"
"I know but I can't help it"
"Yeah I know. I have to go."
"Oh OK I'm sorry Harper. Talk soon"
"Yeah okay Tyler. Bye"
"Bye"
***The line went dead***

"Harper I'm so so so sorry baby. I love you. " Blade tried to apologize

"Don't you dare say that to me ever! If you love me or ever loved me you wouldn't of done it!"

"Baby Please.. I'm sorry" "No you're not! Just stop. Just go away. I HATE YOU!" I yelled he hung his head "I love you.." he said as he disappeared. "I didn't really want you to leave. I love you" I whispered.

***End of flashback****

I gasped as I felt my phone ringing. I groaned. I didn't bother looking at the Caller ID. It was probably Tyler anyway.

"Hello?"
"Harper"
"Blade?"
"Hey"
"Why are you calling me"
" I just want you to know I'm sorry"
" I know"
"No you don't Harper. I fucking hurt the most important person in my life"
"Yeah"
"I'm so so sorry"
" I can't do this.."
I say ending the call.

I sighed heavily. Don't break Harper. Don't. He's not worth it. I thought to myself. I turned my music on and started listening to Evanescence- Bring Me Back To Life.
I ended up falling asleep listening to music.

*****The Next Day*****

I got out of bed and headed downstairs. I ate some food and went back to my room. I was supposed to hang out with Tyler and Alex today but I'm not going to go.
I called Tyler and let him know my change of plans. I apologized and said "Maybe another time." He said OK I gave him my regards to pass onto Alex. I then I let him get on with his day and he let me get on with mine.

Blade made efforts to call me throughout the night But I just let it ring out.

"Harper" he pulls out one of my head phones.
"Eh, What the Hell" I hissed
"Harper" he sighs
"What?" I say pausing my music "We need to talk." He says. oh great. "About?" "Blade." I looked down. "What about him" I say looking up he looked down "Have you talked to him at all?" I sighed "He called me last night but I hung up almost immediately he made several attempts after that but I refused to answer,Why." I reply "Blade made a suicide attempt early this morning. He can't live with what he did.. here" Jaxen hands me a note with my name written on it. "What is it?" I ask unenthusiastically "it's a very important note and you need to read it" Jaxen says exiting the room and shutting the door behind himself.

Harpers note:

Harper,
If you're reading this, I'm gone. I'm sorry I couldn't live with what I've done to you. I've hurt the most important person in my whole entire life. I know you probably won't believe have of this but it's true Harp. 100% true. I'm sorry. For everything. For ever meeting you. Saying "Hello" for the first time. For imprinting on you. I'm sorry for ever falling in love with you, I just hope now it's easier to cope, without me around all the time. I hope you'll be happy and I hope you'll stop hurting yourself over me. Please. You deserve better than me. Just remember, I love you.
Goodbye Baby.

I dropped the note "no... No.. NO! NOO!" I screamed. No this can't be. I thought to myself.

"NO!" I cried. I was actuary crying. I felt the warm salty tears run down my cheeks...

I never wanted you to leave...

After around 5 or so minutes I calmed myself down..

Knowing, that the tears that fell weren't worth it.

I heard the front door slam open.
That was unusual.

"JAXEN, HARPER!" Bella screamed, oh shit.

I diapered downstars. "Come now." ....

***FLASHBACK***
As kids, Jaxen and I knew that one day we may be split up. When we asked what was the matter, our parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and great grandparents would always say something big was coming and we have to be prepared for it.

Until one day, when we where old enough to understand, we where told...

"One day, many years from now the volturi are going to come. And there will be a nasty blood bath, some of us will die, in order for others to survive. The wolves will be on our side aswell as other vampires and half breeds like yourself. In order for us to win, we need to be prepared."

*****END OF FLASHBACK****

Jaxen, Bella and I take off towards Carlisle and Esme's. "What's going on?" Jax asks looking at Bella for answers. "Carlisle will explain, when we arrive to the main house." Bella replied. I sighed heavily. I looked at Jaxen as if to say... It's time.

I hope he caught on...
