Later that evening Marinette watches as Cat Noir is again fruitlessly waiting for Ladybug.
"Are you sure you don't want to go?" Tikki asked, munching on a macaroon.
"Yes."
"You should give him a chance, Marinette- He loves you a lot..."
"I know Tikki, but..." Marinette's words trail off into an inaudible whisper as she remembers Adrien and Kagami.
"Adrien is making you blind about Cat Noir, He-"
"We can talk about it later," She held up her hand to silence Tikki," Let me complete my homework now.
Marinette opened her notebook and tried her best to complete her homework but she was, of course, unable to concentrate as she simply couldn't stop thinking about Cat Noir. If Adrien didn't love her- if he liked Kagami- And if Cat Noir really loved her then maybe-
"Tikki!! Spots on!!" She yelled as just jumped over the pile of folders that happened to be her Homework.
After transforming Ladybug goes to the roof to see that Cat Noir had already left. She looked at the rose petals strewn around and the now unlit candles.
Maybe Cat Noir truly loved her, And now she could perhaps return his feelings.
She felt happy – elated.
Cat noir was the only one –she felt could take Adrien's place in her heart.
Ladybug returned to her house. She was sure that she should definitely be able to change her feeling for Adrien.
Andfor the first time in the past few weeks, she went to sleep with a light heart-not worrying about Adrien and Kagami.
