"Doug!" Mianota exclaimed as she saw the tall male enter the house, tossing the soaked umbrella to the side. He must've found Natsumiki! Then they would be able to fix the situation she worsened! Her excitement was short-lived, however, as the black-haired male didn't come inside.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't find him." Doug huffed. "I searched all around the neighborhood, but there wasn't any sign of him. I did run into a group of pros, and they agreed to search for Natsumiki." He glared at Jason. "Where's Mitsuki?"

"She went to bed. She feels terrible about what happened."

"She should!" Mianota barked. "She should've kept her mouth shut! You shouldn't have even told her, god knows what else she told him!"

"Hey, I was fucking drunk when I told her! Besides, I specifically warned her to not tell him anything about that! I don't know why she said it either!" Jason snarled as he folded his arms. "But I won't tolerate you talking to my wife that way!"

"Frankly, I don't give a shit about your fucking wife! It's clear that your wife can't keep her mouth shut to save her life! When the sun rises tomorrow, I want you two out!"

"You're kicking us out?!" Jason asked, his eyes growing wide with disbelief. "You can't do that! We're still here for the rest of the week!"

"I don't give a fuck! You and your wife can do whatever the fuck you want, just get out! You've outgrown your welcome!"

"Fine! Whatever gets you to stop bitching!"

"STOP IT!" Doug shouted once again, causing the two to fall silent. "For fuck's sake, your child is missing, and I'm the only one that bothered to look for him! Are you two that self-centered?! God, I don't blame Natsumiki for running out! I'd do the same if I was in his shoes!" He grumbled as he walked towards the stairs.

"Where are you going?!" Mianota asked.

"I'm going to bed! I'm going to sleep this night off and keep searching for Natsumiki in the morning!" He shouted in response. "If you want to join me, feel free!"

"Whatever, I'm sure he's not even lost. He's probably at a friend's house spending the night there." Jason huffed as he rolled his eyes.

"See? That's the problem with you! You say you want to be a part of Natsumiki's life, yet here you are, not giving a shit! You didn't even help Doug look for him! You don't care about Natsumiki or his life, you just like the idea of being a father, but you don't want to do the work!"

"Whatever, if that's what you want to think, you can think that in your shitty mind," Jason grumbled as he waved her off. "I'm going to my room because I have to pack my stuff up."

"Whatever," Mianota rolled her eyes before sitting down on the couch. She hoped that any minute now that Natsumiki would walk through the door, and they could fix what she broke. Deep down though, she could feel her stomach tighten as she thought about it. Something was wrong, she could tell. But she couldn't do anything to fix it.
