Ahhh Korea. It feels weird to actually step foot here after so many years of being away. I've went to London ever since i was 11 and now i'm 17!
It's kind of exciting to be back here. I really missed my friends and the always opened convenience stores. Missed the ramen late at night with banana or strawberry milk.
But what is missed the most is my best friend Mj. I haven't seen him ever since i left. We texted from time to time but it seems like he is was more busy now.
I haven't told him that i came to Korea i wanted to surprise him so i took my luggage and went to the hotel first then i went to his house.
Entering my hotel room i sighed looking around. Hotels are not really my type of thing but i'll have to stay here until i find a house.

I didn't bother to ask where he was cuz he probably just went home from school right now so i went to his hideout where he usually hang out after school.
Knocking on the door i waited for a while until the door swung opened but i wasn't met by Mj instead there was a tall handsome guy with glasses.
He gave off those playboy vibes that doesn't match his cute and handsome face. We stared at each other for a while until i spoke up.
"Is Mj inside" i said my voice didn't come out much more than a whisper. Damn it feels weird to speak Korean after all this time; i may be half Korean and half British but it still feels weird using this language.
Yes i'm half British, my dad's British which explains my odd looks. Definitely not Korean but i may have got some Korean characteristics; slim and skinny body which i am grateful for, straight hair that i don't need to use any straighteners to get it ready and clear skin.
"yea he's inside but who are u?" The guy in front of me spoke, words feel magical leaving his mouth. 'Damn jieun get a grip of urself' i mentally scolded my self
"Old friend" i replied making him nod and move out of my way.
"Who's it kavin" a girl voice asked from inside. " a guest for Mj" he replied. So his name of kavin..interesting
"Me?" I heard Mj's voice making me smile a little. Once i entered the living room all eyes were shifted towards me.
"JIEUNNNN" Mj shouted while sprinting his way towards me taking me in a tight embrace making me chuckle and hug him back.
"Can't breathe Mj" i said patting his back still laughing.
He pulled away still holding my hands "sorry i just missed u. Why didnt u tell me u were coming" he asked pouting
"That would ruin the element of surprise dumb shit" i said pinching his cheeks.
"Yahhh u may have grown pretty and all but ur still younger than me have some respect" he ruffled my hair
"Yahhh do u wanna die" i glared at him making him chuckle.
"Come let me introduce u to the others" he said putting his arms around my shoulder.
"Guys this is jieun my childhood best friend jieun this is kavin, kaning his girlfriend, thyme and gorya his girlfriend and this is ren" he said
"Annyeong" i smiled at all of them showing my dimples.
"Anyways how are u going to spend ur day" Mj asked.
"Not much to do probably going to spend the day at the hotel" i said then shrugged.
"You don't like hotels" Mj pointed out. "U still remember that" jieun said with a smile on her face.
"Of course i do dumbass ur my best friend" Mj said "yea right i forget that sometimes anyways it just a temporary situation til i find a new place" jieun said
"Well u can stay here with us i dont think any of us mind" ren said making her smile and Mj nodded.
"I would lo-" she was cut off by her phone ringing she shut it off but it constantly kept ringing making her groan
"Ughh what" she said to the person who appeared on her phone screen. "U little dumbshit why aren't u answering" the male scolded from the other line.
"I'm busy ryle not now" jieun said running a hand through her long brown hair. "Alright alright i was just checking on u"
"I'm doing goood" she said with her infamous dimple smile. "Yea ok i'm going to sleep noww bye tate" he said blowing her a kiss through the phone
"Byebyee ryle" she said before hanging up. "Who's tate" gorya asked "ohh that's my english name. Jieun is kinda weird for british people so they just call me tate" she explained and the rest nodded.
"Anyways i'd love to move in with u guyss but i'll come back tomorrow" jieun said standing up making Mj stand up immediately
"Where u going" he asked the gurl in front of him. "Hotel I'll sleep there today and i'll come back tmr when u guys get back from school" she said and the others nodded.
"Ahh alright let me take u back" mj offered but she shook her head. "Its fine u dont need to worry i can walk"
"Well kavin is already going out he can take u back" kaning said and kavin nodded.
Jieun's eyes searched for Mj's before receiving a nod "alright fine i guess" she said putting her shoes on before waving everyone goodbye and leaving the room.
The car ride was kind of awkward. They were totally two strangers who were asked to ride a car together
"Well why did u leave london?" Kavin asked breaking the ice making jieun look at him then chuckled.
" had to, dad was leaving to Austria so he sent me back here" she said turning her head away.
" how old are u" he asked
"17"
"Wahhhh ur so younggg" he said dramatically making her burst out into a fit of laughter "why how old are u" she said in between her laughs.
"18 almost 19" he said making her laugh even more "God i cant" she said catching her breath.
"What" he said glaring at her from under his glasses. "That's just like a year apart kavin" she pointed out making him roll his eyes.
"Nice glasses by the way. Fits u perfectly" jieun said once they arrived in front of the hotel.
"Thanks jieun" he said smiling for the first time.
"I"ll get going now thanks for the ride" she said before opening the door.
"Wait jieun" he called getting out of the car. "Do u need anything" she asked stopping in her place.
"I think we'll be good friends" he said smiling at her making her smile. "U have a nice smile too by the way" he added making her laugh.
"Thank you for the ride kavin" she said as he turned her back to him and started walking
"Damn this will be one hell of a ride" she said lowly on her way to her room.
"what the fuck is she doing to me" kavin said smiling to himself while driving.
