Chapter 15

𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 || 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗮
𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 || 𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗺

"You did that for what?" I asked Zy

"You must take me as one of dem dumb niggas" Zy said obviously angry

"No I take you as one of them insecure niggas" I said as I rolled my eyes

I dont give two fucks how mad he is. He just embarrassed us at the fucking grocery store. Logan had seen me at the store and we had a conversation and he had brought up something funny from class that happened. Zy came at the wrong time and only heard Logan say 'Miss you' when he really said "Lonnie miss you". And all hell just broke loose.

"And I take you as the friendly type" He said

"Oh im friendly because you misinterpreted what he said? Okay Killa" I said

"Yeen been calling me that shit so don't start that shit" He glared at me before putting his eyes back on the road

I rolled my eyes ready to go home. Im so over this. We pulled up to Zy's mom house and he got out. We were picking up Kayden and Lani.  Zy got out the car while I stayed in.

Im so glad we start therapy tomorrow. Im getting real tired of arguing over little shit. I just wanna go home and lay down and sleep. I pulled my phone out and started playing subway surfers.

𝙮𝙚𝙨 𝙞 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩

Minutes later I heard the car door open. I looked back and seen Zy putting a sleeping Lani in her carseat. After buckling her up he went to the other and put Kayden in his carseat.

"Hi Kayden" I said as I looked at him

"Hi Ada" He said smiling

"You had fun a grandmas?" I asked

"Yes. We had cookies" He said

"You aint save me none?" I asked

"No" He said as he started giggling

I laughed a little and turned around in my seat as Zy got in the car. I got back on my phone and started scrolling through my instagram feed. The car ride home was silent as fuck. The only thing that was heard was Lani light snores, Kayden's ipad and the low music coming from the radio.

"Welcome to your first session of couple therapy. Everything is confidential. Okay so lets start with the issues. Jada you go first" The counselor said

"He has controlling issues and what I mean by that is he wants everything to go his way. He's insecure. And I strongly think he doesn't trust me" I said

"Zy'aire"

"She friendly. Everything I say to her goes in one ear and out the other" Zy said

"Okay. Jada why do you think he doesn't trust you?" The counselor asked

"I can't even have a conversation with an old friend without him spazzing out" I explained

"Well Zy'aire why do you react this way?" The councilor ased Zy

"She knows why" Zy said

"Well can you tell me?" The counselor asked

"Nah"

"Okay well next question. In the past, what did your partner do to disappoint you. Zy'aire you first" The counselor said as she started writing stuff down on her notepad
