fred weasley one shots :)

beach days

it was right after our graduation, and basiclly the entirity of the weasley family was at the beach house.

besides arthur, molly, and bill, which none of us found surprisig. but, we all had out "dates".

charlie and his fiance lilia, percy and his girlfriend penelope, fred and me, george and his boyfriend jason, ron and hermione, ginny and luna, and even though neither are weasleys, harry and draco tagged along.

charlie and lilia had just finished making dinner, as the "mom and dad" of the trip.

we all had just sat down and started to eat, when charlie rose his glass.

"me and lilia have some news we would like to share everybody" he said.

everybody's attention turned towards them, and charlie opened his mouth to say something.

"we're expecting!" he said with huge grin. everybody started clapping and smiling at them.

"that's great guys! congrats!" hermione said, everybody else said something along the lines of the same thing.

we all finished dinner, which happened to be amazing.

fred pulled me aside into our bedroom that we were sharing. "love, can i ask you something?" fred asked me.

"yes, you can ask me anything. what's up?" i said back.

"put on something you like, and meet me out on the beach in 20 minutes." he said, kissing my forehead.

"oh ok, i'll see you then." i pulled him back to kiss his lips, and he left the room after smiling at me.

i walked over to the closet, and pulled out a white cropped tank top, and a blue skirt with small flowers.

after i got changed, i put my hair down and brushed it out. i put on a necklace fred had gotten me for our anniversary last year and some diamond earrings.

i looked over at my watch, and saw it had been about 20 minutes.

i slipped on my sandles and headed down the stairs. i walked outside of the house, and onto the beach.

when i saw what fred had gotten out, and smiled. he had layed down a blanket, and set up some small candles surronding.

i didn't see fred, but then i felt an arm snake around my waist, and bite my earlobe gently.

"hi freddie" i turned around into him.

"hi lovey, do you like it?" he asked.

"i love it, thank you." i said quietly and kissing him. he kissed back, and brought my body closer to his.

i stopped him, and said "that's for later freddie" and chuckled. he laughed with me and we sat down on the blanket.

"so, i wanted to ask you something kind of important" he said, helping me up.

"again, go ahead. ask away" i said.

he grabbed my hands. "y/n y/m/n, y/l/n. i knew you were the one for me when i layed my eyes on you in 2nd year. i've always known your the woman who was made for me. your beautiful, kind, smart, loving, and the best girlfriend and bestfriend i could ask for you." he got down on one knee slowly, and pulled out a small velvet box from his pocket.

"i know were so young, but i've always felt that i couldn't live my life without you. i remember the first christmas that you stayed at the burrow, and how we stayed out all night talking about pranks and how he wanted to spend the rest of our lives." i gasped as he opened the box, tears forming in my eyes.
