Shall I love you OR you shall love me?

Chapter 4: Best Friends

And I have already decided: WE ARE NOW BEST FRIENDS IN REALITY!! Not just in work now, but in our social lives as well. Whenever we have the time, Bryle would always treat me to my favorite Japanese eat-all-you-can restaurant especially during my birthday or our friendship anniversary or any special occasion may occur. Also, since Bryle is an Australian, I have decided for him to take Tagalog class so that he may learn another language aside from English and he's in the Philippines also. :)) "Will this be hard?", he said in a soft voice but I also heard him. "Don't worry. You'll be fine." I gave him a pat on the shoulder to let him know that I'm here for him. "Okay then. Here I go!!", he said as he enters the building. He gave me a high-five before he entered. "Next time, we should do a special friend handshake. This is also getting like... a not unique one.", I said with a smile. And then, his classes start already. While waiting for him, I went to Starbucks and bought my favorite frappe there: Summer Berry Panna Cotta!! :)) Then, I went back to the building and played with my PlayStation. After 2 and a half hours, Bryle went out happily and greeted me, "Kamusta ka na?", he said in a slanged voice. "Yes, yes, yes!! Finally Bryle! I'm so proud of you!!", I said with hands up in the air. "I know! Thank you for enrolling me here.", he said with a big smile. I gave him a special handshake which I just learned from my head... it just popped all of a sudden. "Now we're learning.", we both said in unison and laughed all the way home. Now this is something worthwhile to remember. Hope this is like this every day. Soon, this will be normal to us.

* Bryle's POV *

Roxandrea enrolled me in a Tagalog class in order for me to learn her language- their language here in the Philippines. Little by little, I'm starting to learn and I also remember some words which Roxandrea use to have a conversation with her office staff. "This may be tough, but I know I can do this!", I said as I was learning the Tagalog words for 'How are you'. When classes have already been dismissed, I found her waiting on one of the benches inside the building. "Kamusta ka na?", I said in a slanged voice. "Yes, yes, yes!! Finally Bryle! I'm so proud of you!!", she said with hands up in the air. "I know! Thank you for enrolling me here.", I said with a big smile. Then all of a sudden, he gave me a handshake which she learned it from her head, she said. "Now we're learning.", we both said in unison and we laughed all the way home. I really wanna hug her and then carry her and spin her all around but then, I realized that would be a different meaning. "You just don't know how much I like you now, Roxandrea. But in the right time, you'll also know. For now, we're really best friends.
