Usually Max would have said 'no' when he was invited to a party. He much rather spend his night talking to Daniel, but this time it was Lando's birthday party and Daniel was the one who had convinced Max to go.

Lando had been Max's best friend since they were kids. Max trusted him like no other, but he still didn't tell Lando about Daniel. He wasn't sure if Lando would judge him on it.

Max stood mindlessly in front of his closet. He wasn't good with fashion, whenever he had to attend a party he just wore a white blouse with a pair of blue jeans. Lando always called him out for it, telling Max he really needs to renew his closet.

But honestly Max didn't even know how to do that. His style was simple. He always wore his blue jeans and a simple shirt. Maybe he could ask his boyfriend for some advice.

It was friday evening so hopefully Daniel was still awake. Max walked over to the bed and grabbed his phone before sending Daniel a quick text.

max: hi dan
max: are you still awake?

Max let himself fall on the bed, waiting for Daniel's reply. It's not like he expected Daniel to be awake but if he was the reply would come quickly.

daniel: sure thing maxy
daniel: what's up?

Max smiled and let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. God he was glad Daniel was still awake.

max: can we call?
max: i need some clothing advice

daniel: oh definitely!

Daniel was the one who called him immediately. Max chuckled. He knew Daniel would love to help him with this situation. He accepted the call and saw Daniel's face back on his screen.

"Maxy! I missed you baby." Daniel spoke, a smile on his lips as he ran a hair through his curls.

Max swallowed at the sight. "We literally called two hours ago!" He chuckled while getting up from the bed again.

Daniel rolled his eyes, shrugging his shoulders. "I don't care." He pouted. "What do you need advice for?"

"I'm going to Lando's party tonight and I don't know what to wear." He explained. "I was thinking about not wearing the white blouse for once." He added.

Daniel's eyes lit up. "Yes, finally!"

"Hey!" Max protested, his mouth wide open in shock. Daniel also didn't like his white blouse?

"No offense Maxy but you can wear different things than the white blouse, maybe a black blouse? You'd look hot." Daniel offered while chuckling at Max's reaction.

"Fine." Max sighed. "I don't have a black blouse though-."

"Max! Who are you talking to?" Victoria barged into Max's room. Her eyes fell on Max's phone, she could easily see his full screen. "Who's that?" She asked excitedly, walking over to Max after closing the door.

Max panicked. He wanted to throw his phone away, but he couldn't. "Uh... that's Daniel." He whispered, turning around to look at Victoria.

Victoria smiled. She walked over to stand behind Max. "So you stole my brother's heart." She told Daniel, the smile still on her lips.

Max let out a breath of relief and even chuckled. "Vic..." He groaned, looking back at his sister.

"What?" Victoria asked. "He's hot Maxy." She patted his shoulder with a proud smile.

Max could hear Daniel laugh, it made his heart beat a little faster. He glared at the screen. "Dan, this is my sister Victoria."

Daniel waved at her. "Hi I'm Daniel, I stole your brother's heart." He joked.

Victoria grinned. "That's so sweet." She commented, wrapping an arm around her brother's shoulder while leaning her head on his other shoulder. "You have an accent." She mentioned.

Daniel nodded. "Yeah, I'm from Australia." He told her.

"Cool." Victoria said. "Max is scared of spiders, snakes and every type of insect." She informed Daniel, a smirk on her lips.

"Maxy! Now I have to travel to your country." Daniel joked. It's not like he protested because he would love to go to Max's home country.

Max smiled down at his feet. Victoria nudged his side and pinched his red cheeks. "Is he always this shy?" Victoria questioned.

Daniel chuckled. "He never is actually."

Victoria and Daniel talked some more - mostly leaving Max out of it - before she left Max alone in his room again. Max sighed, he was relieved.

His sister knew about Daniel and she didn't judge him. She was happy, and even seemed to be a little proud of her brother.

Max knew he could trust her, he knew she wouldn't make fun of him or would laugh at him about it, but he was still scared of her reaction.

For now Max was happy she knows. He finally had someone to talk about his relationship with. Victoria had been dating Tom for almost two years now so she could definitely give her some advice on how to manage a relationship.

Daniel took him out of his thoughts. "Maxy I'm so proud of you." He told Max. "You told your sister honey. You told her."

"Yeah..." Max sighed, looking at the screen. "I told her." He smiled.

"Yes honey. You did it, I'm so proud... I really want to hug you right now Maxy." Daniel said.

Max smiled softly. "Thanks Dan." He blushed.

Daniel ran a hand through his curls. "Let's go back to picking your outfit, shall we?" Daniel offered.

Max nodded. "Ah yes, right! We have to, Lando will kill me if I'm late." He grinned.
