This is a side story of the Pink-eyed Demon that takes place in the future of the Tokyo Revengers.
Bonten Arc.
The only Demon Slayer characters that are present in the future are Kanae and Shinobu. The others went overseas, including Mitsuri and Iguro. Nezuko didn't exist in this future because she was stuck in the past.
This story revolves around Shinobu Kochou, who scares the most wanted criminal organization called Bonten.
