Mustafu, Jakku District: 8:20 PM

Midoriya and Toga had been running and jumping from roof to roof for a while and had made it to their destination, Jakku, an almost-forgotten city district on the edge of Mustafu, known for its run-down, abandoned apartments and frequent illicit activities when Toga finally stopped on the rooftop of a run-down apartment building.

"Where are we?" Midoriya asked as he stopped running and looked around at the rundown apartment buildings.

"We're in Jakku." Toga said as she walked to the railing on the edge of the building.

'Jakku?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as he stopped looking around. 'I think I've heard of this place, it's a district that's been run-down for the past 5 years and heroes choose to ignore it because there's no people to save or fame to be found here but...' Midoriya thought as he stared off into the distance. "Why are we here of all places?" Midoriya asked as he turned to face Toga.

"Because this is where I live." Toga said as she climbed over the side of the railing and stood on the edge of the roof.

'She lives here?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as he started walking toward Toga.

"Now come on..." Toga said as she climbed down and hung onto the edge of the roof by her hands. "Let's talk." Toga said as she dropped down onto the fire escape and stepped into her apartment through the open window.

'I should be careful.' Midoriya thought as he watched Toga drop down and heard her land on the fire escape. 'This could be a trap but...' Midoriya thought as he watched Toga drop down and stopped in front of the railing and looked over the railing to see the fire escape. 'I've come this far...' Midoriya thought as he vaulted over the railing. 'No point in turning back now.' Midoriya thought as he landed on the fire escape and stepped through the open window.

Toga's Apartment - Main Room: 8:22 PM

"Here we are..." Toga said as she turned to face Midoriya in the darkness of the half-lit room.

"'She's really living here?'" Midoriya muttered his thoughts aloud as he looked around the room.

They were standing in a run-down living room that was separated from a small, worn-down kitchen by an island. Spiderweb cracks ran their way up the gray walls and white ceiling with the rusty scent of dried blood lingering in the air. The room was being dimly-lit by the moonlight, softly cascading into the apartment from the cracks in the boarded-up windows, illuminating the dust in the air that was falling from the ceiling, and collecting on the dark oak floor, wooden chairs, and leather couches.

'I'm a villain...' Toga thought as she frowned slightly. 'Where else could I live..?' Toga questioned as she turned to face the general direction of the light switch. "I know it's not much..." Toga said as she walked through the darkness.

'Did I say that out loud..?' Midoriya questioned rhetorically as he raised his right hand to his mouth and covered it. 'That was rude...' Midoriya thought as he stopped covering his mouth. "Toga I'm-" Midoriya said before getting cut off by Toga.

"But the rent is cheap..." Toga said as she used her left hand to reach around for the light switch. "The electricity works and the water runs." Toga said as she turned on the lights. "So it's home..." Toga said as she turned to face Midoriya.

'I shouldn't have said that...' Midoriya thought as he turned to face Toga and saw her frown.

"You can put your stuff wherever." Toga said as she raised her right hand and waved it around. "I'm gonna go get cleaned up." Toga said as she dropped her right hand to her side and turned to face her bedroom door. 'Blood may look cute, but it doesn't exactly look 'normal' on a schoolgirl.' Toga thought as she walked towards her bedroom door. 'That reminds me...' Toga thought as she stopped in front of her bedroom door and turned to face Midoriya. "There's rubbing alcohol and bandages for your neck in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom." Toga said as she looked at Midoriya's blood-stained neck.
