The language of the universe
Or so we think
Why does the universe speak in numbers
For something so vast
It uses such a simple language
But not to me
It sounds like nonsense
When you dunk your head underwater
And try to hear the sounds from the surface
My math teacher gets mad
Thinking I'm not paying attention
That I should be able to understand
If I was listening
But how does she expect me to understand
When she is talking in another language
The rest must have heard it when they were young
They must have been taught at a young age
That is the only way
My head can wrap around
Them knowing this strange language
