You wake up and check your phone. You see that you had 8 missed calls from Eren. You get out the bed and call him. "Hey Ren! Sorry I didn't answer yesterday, I fell asleep as soon as I got home," you say walking into the bathroom. "Hey n/n. And it's okay. How was your day yesterday?" Eren says in a sleepy voice. "It was really good," you say putting the phone on speaker. "That's good. What did you do?" You walk over to the shower and turn on the water. "I hung out with Connie and that's about it," you say quickly. Eren stayed silent on the other end. "Hello." You say. "Mmm. Are you still coming by later?" Eren asks trying to change the subject. "Yeah, I'll be there after class." Eren hums in response. "Ight see you later then," Eren says quickly hanging up. You could tell that something was really bothering him. You just really hoped it wasn't because you went out with Connie yesterday. You get in the shower and freshen up.

You get dressed and head downstairs and wait for Connie (you made sure to put on the necklace and bracelet he gave you). You put on your shoes and apply lipgloss to your lips. As you walk over to the fridge to get a drink, your phone starts ringing. "Hello," you say putting the phone on speaker. "Hey babe. Sorry I'm running late, but there was traffic. So I'm like 20 minutes away," Connie says. "It's fine Constance. I'll just drive myself so I won't be late to class," you say. "No! I'm literally right around the corner ma. And your first class doesn't start until 10 and it's only 8:30!" Connie practically yells into the phone. "Okay then. Wait.... how do you know my schedule?" Connie chuckles. "Don't worry about that. Just be ready when I get there." You hum in response. "Bye my love," Connie says making kissing noises in the phone. "Bye Con," you say laughing and hanging up the phone. You grab your phone and the water bottle and go sit on the couch.
A few minutes later, Connie pulls into the driveway. You grab your bag and walk to the door. As you open the door, Connie was standing there getting ready to knock. "Hey baby," Connie says giving you a hug and a kiss. He takes your bag and waits for you while you lock the door. Connie holds your hand and walks you to the car. He opens the door for you and closes it once you were in. He jogs to the driver side and gets in. "Do you have class today?" You ask as you put on your seatbelt. "Yeah just one. And it's the same class that you have. That's why I wanted to pick you up," Connie says putting your bag in the backseat. "Awww. You wanted us to ride together Constance?" Connie starts up the car and tries to hide the fact that he was blushing. "No... I just wanted to spend some time with you before you go to his house," Connie says dryly. You smack your lips. "I'm just going over there to talk," you say hooking up to the aux. Connie rolls his eyes and scoffs. "I don't know why you won't just forget about him and get with me," Connie says under his breath. You side eye him and turn up the music.

Connie pulls into the parking lot and parks the car. You lean back and grab your bag. As you were about to the out the car, Connie grabs your arm. "Wait n/n." You get back in the car and look at Connie. "What. I'm gonna be late for class," you say. Connie slowly pulls you in for a kiss. "I'm sorry for how I acted. I-" You smile and kiss Connie again. "I should be the one apologizing. I never meant for you to get caught up in me and Eren's drama. I'm gonna end things for good with Eren when I go over there. I promise," you say hugging Connie then getting out the car. Connie smiles then gets out. "Come on or else we're gonna be late," Connie says laughing and putting his arm around you. You guys were completely unaware that Eren was right behind y'all. Eren can feel his body heating up with anger, but he takes a deep breath and continues to walk to his class which happened to be the same class as you and Connie.
You get to the classroom and sit in your assigned seat which was next to Eren. Since Connie was new to the class, he got to choose his seat. And of course he sat next to you. You see Eren walk in and you could tell that he was irritated. Connie smacks his lips and turns so he doesn't have to look at him. "Okay class, we have a new student," Professor Brown says pointing to Connie. Connie stands up and waves then quickly sits down. "Today everyone will be working on their group projects that will be due at the end of the semester. I'll be at my desk if y'all need anything. And Constance, you can join any group since you're a new transfer," Professor Brown says as she sits down at her desk. "Who are you in a group with?" Connie asks. You look at him and clear your throat. "Me and Eren are working together," you say as you get a pen out your bag. Connie stays silent and nods. Eren mean mugs Connie but quickly changes his face once your turn around.
