Feeling the warmth of the sun on my face, I slowly opened my eyes. Again a new day. But yet as painful as the last one.
I slowly dragged myself out of bed. Putting my feet on the cold ground, a shiver went thru my body. Now I was wide awake. So I decided to get dressed, just a simple outfit tho😅. ( I don't like to be the center of attention) Got my hair done in a quick ponytail and put on some jewelry.
I slowly made my way towards the kitchen and quickly made some breakfast for myself. Because College started at 9 am and it was already 8:30 am. So I had to hurry.
" If I hurry I might be able tomake it on time. ", that was the only thought that kept me from not collapsing on the spot while I was running harder than my legs would actually allow.
Finally arriving at school I couldn't feel my legs anymore. Covered in sweat I entered the classroom, welcomed by nobody, except the class president:). But after her greeting, she just went back to ignoring me. (But I am okay👌)
I silently placed myself at the back of the classroom, making sure nobody else would see me.
"I hope this day passes quickly." I thought to myself. After what felt like hours of listening to the lecture class was finally over 😁.
"I can breathe again," I mumbled softly. Though it was only for a few seconds, everybody started to grab their stuff as quickly as they could to make it on time for their next lecture. And before you could even blink the classroom which was filled with people was now empty.
"Miss Kang? "
"Miss Kang?? "
I was lifted from my daze
"Y-Yes ms. Lee? " I asked my teacher a bit shaken up by her yelling.
"Shouldn't you be going to your next lesson? " She asked with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Oh, r-right! ", I hurriedly grabbed my stuff and left the classroom, ms. Lee chuckled at my behavior. I ran as hard as I could while I felt my face heat up thinking back at the embarrassing actions I showed ms. Lee. 😓
I arrived in front of the next classroom, preparing myself for the possible punishment for being late. After I breathed I slowly opened the door. Now all eyes were on you...
I felt myself getting smaller under the eyes of my classmates. I was however brought back to reality by the slightly irritated voice of my teacher.
"SO... Miss Kang, you finally decided to show up huh. "
"S-Sorry S-Sir... I-I... "
"I don't want to hear any excuses, just make sure that it won't happen again."
"yes sir... " I almost breathed out.
After that, I quickly went to the back of the class not wanting any more attention than I had already gotten.
The rest of the day went by rather quickly, which I was happy about.
When I arrived at work I got changed into my uniform as fast as I could because my shift had already started (I work at a cafe). Wich wasn't exactly a surprise, because on my way to work I got kinda distracted. There was a group of girls gossiping about my university, and of course, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to eavesdrop. This led to me finding out that a soulmate group of 7 people would join our school, and that they are still missing a soulmate...
What will happen when she meets them.....?
