Two weeks passed and Amy, Leo and I hung out all day, every day. We had become inseperable. This weekend all the kids on our street had decided to go camping together. Amy and I were going to share a tent. That weekend came very fast, we all got in the coach and sat down as Amy's mum read out the names.
"Margo."
"Here."The blonde headed girl said
"Marcus"
"Here"the youngest boy on board responded
"Timothee."
"I'm here." Margo's brother said
"Amy and Leo are here." Alice responded for herself, "Sam" she followed up with
"Here." i responded
A few more names were read out and then off we all went. Within two hours we had arrived at our destination. Amy and I instantly headed to the place closest to the lake to set our tent. Everyone else was scattered about within the vacinity.
"Everyone to the lake" I heard Timothee shout before leaping into the water, he was quickly followed by Marcus, Leo, Margo, Suzie and Shane.
"C'mon let's go." Amy squeeled in excitement.
She pulled off her shirt, revealing her bare skin, my eyes widened in surprise and awe.
"Stop staring, and get changed." she jokingly said.
"Yeh, sorry." I responded awkwardly
I turned around and pulled my jeans off and took my shirt off. Amy gripped my hand and we both ran together into the lake. The cold water enveloped our bodies and for a short sweet second there was quiet. As soon as we re-surfaced, screams and laughs could be heard. I smiled looking around me, Amy came up from behind me and leapt onto my shoulders.
"Shoulder fight!" she screamed
Margo pulled herself onto Leo's shoulder and Marcus onto Timothee's leaving Shane and Suzie to fight them. We all splashed and pushed eachother, legs and arms flaying around everywhere. After an hour of playing in the lake, the sun was beginning to set and everyone got out of the water. We quickly all went to shower and get changed. I entered the shower room behind Marcus.
"Do you wanna go in that one?" he asked pointing at the empty shower room
"Nah you can go, I think there's another one over there." i responded
He entered the shower room and I paced towards the last one. I pushed lightly against the door and it swung open. To my surprise there stood Leo washing himself, soap trickled from his hair down to his back and along his legs till the floor. The water reflected the light on his body making him seem like a glowing figure.
"Oh god..." i whispered to myself
Leo rapidly turned around, he instantly covered himself with his hands unsuccesfully, knowing I could still see everything.
"Fuck, I'm so sorry." I responded spinning the other way and shutting the door.
"I'm so sorry."
"Don't worry it's fine." he awkwardly scoffed
I heard the water turn off and ruffling of the towel against his body. Leo stepped out of the room and smiled at me before shuffling away gripping his towel.
