Chapter 2

Monday morning. My first day at Nekoma's high school.

"Are you nervous little kitten?" Kuro asked.

"Don't call my sister kitten" Kenma glared at him.

"I'm not nervous. Instead I'm tired." I answered while yawning. "It's hella early and I need my morning coffee."

Once we were near the school gates, they told me where the principal's office was before going straight to the gym.

After dealing with some paperwork and being toured around the school, it was finally time for my first class.

"Students, we have a new classmate. Please come in." I heard the teacher call for me so I entered the classroom.

"Hello, my name is Kozume Katsumi. It's a pleasure to meet you all." Whispers started going around. "If you are wondering if I'm related to Kozume Kenma, yes, yes I am. He's my older brother." The whispers subsided.

"Well, lady Kozume, you can sit next to Inuoka." A guy with spiky brown hair lifted his hand. I bowed to the teacher and went to my seat.

"Hi~ I'm Inuoka Sou!! I can't believe Kenma-senpai has a sister. You look identical. Do you play volleyball? He didn't say anything about having a sister. Did Ku-"

"INUOKA!! IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO PAY ATTENTION, AT LEAST LET YOUR PEERS LISTEN TO THE LESSON." I'll have to thank the teacher later. This dude was giving me a headache.

"I'm sorry..." He apologized. The lesson continued with no words from him, but I could feel his gaze on me from time to time.

Ding Dong Deng

"Class dismissed." The bell rang indicating lunch time.

I stood up from my seat and went to the cafeteria ignoring my classmates. I wasn't trying to look rude, it's just that I was starving. Although, to be honest, I couldn't care less about how I'm perceived.

"Kozume-san!!" Oh no. "HEY, KOZUME-SAN~!!! WAIT FOR ME!!" I swear to my goddess Shego I'll punch this dude.

"What do you want?" I asked nonchalantly once he reached me.

"Let's have lunch together!!" He smiled looking like a little kid.

"Do whatever you want." I kept walking with just one thing in mind: FOOD.

Once I had my lunchbox in hand and found a quiet place behind the main building, I took a seat beneath a huge tree.

"So-"

"I'm Kozume Katsumi, Kenma's younger sister. He never told any of you about my existence probably because you never asked. I do play volleyball but not professionally." I interrupted Inuoka so that I could eat peacefully.

"Ohhh~" He looked as if he wanted to say something more but he kept quiet, which I really appreciated.

I took my console out of my pocket still feeling his gaze on me. I sighed but didn't look up either.

"You can talk. Just don't overdo it cause it gives me a headache and you don't want to piss me off..." I told him while playing my game.

"You are really similar to Kenma-senpai. It's amazing." He chuckled. "Both personality wise and physically." I smiled slightly. "OH, YOU SMILED~!"

"Are you on the volleyball team?" I paused the game and looked up.

"Yes!" He beamed.

"How is he? Does Ken have a lot of friends?" Inuoka seemed kind of happy that I was talking to him by my own will.

"Senpai is amazing!! A lot of people look up to him!" We continued talking about my brother and the club the rest of lunchtime.

The bell rang again and we stood up, threw the trash in a can nearby and went back to the classroom. On our way, I saw a HUGE dude staring at us with an incredulous look on his face.

"What the hell do they eat to be that tall?" I whispered to myself, switching my eyes back to the guy next to me before going inside the classroom.

"Kozume-san, are you going to the gym?" Inuoka asked when the bell rang.

"Yes, I want to see Ken's team." I replied grabbing my bag. We headed to the gym talking about a new game which was about to launch and how Ken was obsessed with it.

"WATCH OUT!!!" A loud voice echoed in the place when we opened the door. As if it were in slow motion, I saw how a ball came straight to us and, before anyone could do anything, I stopped it with my bare hand as if it was nothing.

"KATSUMI, ARE YOU OKAY?!?" My brother ran to me and started checking me. "Your hand is-"

"My hand is fine Ken. Don't make a big deal out of every tiny thing." I laughed caressing the top of his head.

"Am I dreaming? Someone pinch me" Said the smallest guy there. The white haired titan I saw in the hallways took that quite literally. "Lev, if you touch even a single hair of my arm, I'll end you."

"I like him"

"..." Suddenly the whole place was deadly silent.

"YOU WHAT?!?"

"Damn Ken. Use your inner voice." I mocked gaining a smack on my nape. "STOP HITTING ME THERE!!!" I imitated his action. We started fighting until Kuroo stopped us, resulting in him getting hit by the two of us.

"I'm already bored. Let's stop now Ken, you look tired." I smiled and hugged him as if nothing happened. He nodded but he was still playing offended. "I said I like him because I like his attitude. He passes the vibe check." I gave the dude a thumbs up while grinning. I could feel how my brother relaxed.

"Ummm... Care to explain how is that there's two Kenmas??" Someone asked.

"Guys, this is Katsumi, my little sister. She's back from England. Oh, and keep your distance..." He said that while glaring at Kuroo. After a while answering some questions, the coach came and made them warm up.

Their teamwork was really awesome but there were a few things I couldn't help but notice. My brother was really good at it even though his stamina was not the best. Still I am pretty sure he gave his 150% to impress me, which I found extremely cute.

"Here, have some water." I gave a bottle to Ken once they finished their first match.

"Thanks." He replied with a cute smile.

"I'm going home now Ken since I already met your team and saw you playing." I grabbed my bag. "See ya at home."

"Be careful Kitty." He kissed my forehead before going back to his friends. I bid farewell and proceeded to leave.

On my way home, I saw a bunch of dudes with uniforms gathered in front of a junkyard. I was about to go away when I heard some of them talking about some fight between two gangs. Excited about a free show, I went to the nearest convinie to buy some popcorn and then I slipped my way inside the junkyard.

"Fuck, it already started..." I took a seat on top of some cars not getting noticed by anyone. "Well, it's showtime~"
