Joining a Club

Y/N's POV

Aiko and I walk outside of the auditorium, we continue walking as Aiko start a conversation after recovering from her depressed state earlier.

"What do you think we do now?" Aiko asked

"Maybe go home?" I replied

"Seriously? That's your answer?" She replied with a deadpan

"I mean, what do you think we should do, aside from going home?" I asked

"Well, we literally have a plenty of time so we should go explore the campus," Aiko suggest

"That's a good idea," I said

"Right?," She said while smiling

"Maybe next time"

She stared at me blankly as soon as I answered

"What if we walk over to those clubs who are looking for new members from freshmen and take a look around to see if we can join one?" She suggest while pointing at the various club stalls with a bunch of people

"That's also a good idea, maybe next ti-"

Aiko didn't let me finish and proceed to drag me over the crowd

"Hold on a minute," I said trying to stop Aiko from dragging me

"What now?" Aiko asked with a irritated sigh

"I'm already a part of a club, so I can't go," I explained to her

"Oh really? what club is it then?" She asked not believing in what I said

"The "Go home and do nothing Club, I'm already a official member of it," I explained

With a deadpan Aiko continue dragging me until we arrive at the area, senior students were calling out for freshmen to join their clubs, freshmen students were signing up for club membership, and others were just hanging out with their pals at the said area. I then proceed to look at various clubs that was available there still being dragged by Aiko.

'Hmmm... Let's see... Tennis club.. diving club.. cooking club.. Rugby club? Wait.. that's a gym club.. why would they name their club with that?'

"What do you think? Is there any club your interested to join with?" Aiko asked while looking around on each club

"Well, if there's anything then it would be anime club," I said

"Figures..." She sighed, "Too bad I don't see any type of that club in here," she said while pondering

"Well, there's no reason for me to be here," I said and was about to leave but Aiko then stopped me by grabbing my wrist. "Wait, shouldn't we at least take a look around and see if there is a club you'd like to join..?" She plead while looking at the ground, I don't know if she's doing it on purpose or not but it somehow made me feel a little bit guilty, I've never seen her making that expression before

Sigh.

"Do as you please," I said agreeing to her plea, as she heard me approved she grabbed my hand and point out to the crowd, "Let's go!" She exclaimed, at that moment she gave me the brightest smile I've ever seen

Aiko's POV

Hearing him agreed made me almost jump in happiness, I hastily dragged him at the club stalls but I was stopped by Y/N, "Calm down, it's not like the stalls will disappear in any seconds," he spoke, "O-Oh I'm sorry, I didn't notice I was just to excited..." I said in embarrassment.

"It's okay, I understand that your excited, let's go check it out since we have plenty of time to do so" he said

While giving me a small smile which made my face heat up while my heart skipped a beat. He then offered his hand making me blush more but didn't stop me from accepting his hand and head towards the club stalls and explore various clubs
