"WELCOME TO UST TITAN SPIKERS!!!!!" bumungad ang malalakas na confetti at sigawan ng mga tao sa loob ng gym.

"WOHOOOO!!! WELCOME ROOKIE!!"
"ANG GANDAAAA MOOO!!!"
"WELCOME TO TITANS!!"
"WELCOMEEEE!!!!"
Sari-saring pag wwelcome ang bati sa akin. Grabe. Nakakatunaw ng puso. Mainit ang pag tanggap nila sa akin. Sila, sila ang magiging pamilya ko dito sa UST.

"Thank you" nahihiya kong sabi.
"Yayyy!!!!" Apat? Lima? Anim na mga kababaehan ang sabay sabay na yumakap sa akin hanggang sa natumba kami sa sahig na siyang ikinatawa namin. Ito pala yung feeling....sobrang saya.

"Coach Neil, ang bata pa niya. Sure ka bang kaya niyang makipag sabayan sa laro?" Narinig kong sabi ng isang babaeng may jersey number #1. Gomez. Siguro ito yung Team Captain nila. Medyo na offend ako sa narinig ko dahil medyo nakaka underestimate nga naman pero di ko yun pinansin. Alam ko namang bahagi yun ng pananalita nila dito at lalong lalo na rookie palang ako at wala pang napapatunayan sa kanila. But I take them as my motivation na ipakita ang best ko para sa team na to.

"She's good Kat. I witnessed her performance. You can train her naman. Guys. Be good to our new teammate. She's Kylie Zhane Cheng, from Ateneo de Iloilo. First year College palang siya dito. Im looking forward y'all to be good to her. Kat, you're the Team Captain here, I know you can handle and train Kylie to be a good setter. She's very capable as our rookie setter. I'll trust her the way I trust you, and you all guys." Sabi ni Coach na nakapagpangiti sa akin. Yes coach. I'm looking forward to it too.

"Pwede coach break muna? We wanna know more about Kylie." saad naman ng naka jersey number 5 at yun ay apelyidong Trinidad.

"Okay, Let's continue this training tomorrow. Kylie, process your papers and enrollment this whole day. So that you can join us tomorrow's training. The next 2 months is Premier Volleyball League. Hope you understand."- sabi ni Coach.

"Yes Coach. I'll process my enrollment this day. Thank you Coach."

"And oh by the way, Sila na ang bahala sayo para sa dorm mo. Alam na nila yan" sabay alis ni Coach. Bigla naman silang pumalapit sa akin at naki isyuso. Kinabahan ako.

"So, you're a freshman pala dito. What course you wanna take?" Tanong nung Trinidad.

"Ano ka ba Rach, magpakilala nga muna tayo. Nalilito yan sa atin" sumbat ng isang may jersey number 3.

"Let me introduce y'all" sabi ni Team Captain Gomez.

"This is Cecelia Mendoza in her number 12. She's our Opposite Hitter. 3rd year College taking Med. Tech."

"She's Hanna Lim in her jersey number 2. 3rd year College too and B.S. Accountancy. She's one of our Middle Blocker.

"The lady in number 5 is Rachelle Trinidad. 4rth year College in Engineering. She's one of our greatest Libero."

"Next to Rach is Dawn Samonte in her number 3 jersey. She's Defensive Specialist in the Team.

"Next is Bem Gomez in her number 8 jersey. She's a Middle Blocker too. 4rth year College in Architecture."

"I'm the team captain of UST Titan Spikers, My name is Katlyn Gomez. I hold this team for almost 3 years. Engineering is my degree. And welcome to the Family." She said after introducing our teammates. Marami pa siyang naipakilala sa akin tulad nina Jeah, Miles, Gwen, Yen, Rina, at Hazel.

"Ah-ammm I'm Kylie but you can call me Kai for short."nahihiya kong saad.

"Huwag kang mahiya dito. Maaangas ang nasa loob ng Titans. Kaya dapat ganon ka din. Hahaha" sabi ni Rach
