"The strongest man in the world is he who stands most alone"

Geto's long and slender fingers traced through Gojo's pale hair as the albino man's head laid on his lap. "Satoru," whispered so softly and lovingly, "open your eyes ."

Gojo Satoru couldn't, wouldn't, no matter how many times his beloved asked him too. The shame, of losing against Sukuna, of dying, all the while he proclaimed himself the strongest for decades has left him too ashamed to even look his best friend in the eye and now his students, his friends, are left down below to pick up the pieces of his failure.

Suguru continued quietly, "you are not a failure Satoru."

Gojo Satoru could feel his throat closing up, his eyes dampen, as he spoke quietly in return, "how can you say that, after seeing how miserably I failed down there. I'm pathetic. I couldn't save anyone I cared for, everyone died because of me-"

"But it isn't over yet," The black haired man continued to tread his slender fingers through his companion's hair as Satoru, who finally opened his beautiful eyes looked up puzzled. "You have come to early Satoru, your students are waiting."

Gojo Satoru couldn't understand the meaning of Geto's words, how he could speak so calmly after seeing the mess that continues to go forth back on earth. As he lifted his head off his lap and looked around him, covered by all sides in just white, this does seem too plain of a place to be heaven or are they in hell?

"Satoru, look at me." Finally he turns his gaze towards his companion as he too looks back at him, " I know I should have told you this sooner, maybe then things could have been different, but ever since I had come to Jujutsu High, ever since I had met you Satoru, I've pushed myself more times than I could count. Not because I wanted to be stronger than you, but because I wanted to be someone worthy of being able to stand beside you. So I trained, I swallowed those vile curses because I wanted to catch up to you, and become an even stronger person for you, so I could continue to stay by your side.... So that I could protect you when you were down."

Geto continued to look lovingly into his beloved's blessed eyes, "I didn't love you because you were the strongest...I loved you because you were Gojo Satoru, my best friend."

With a trembling voice, Gojo spoke, "but why... I... I'm nothing-."

"Satoru, so many people rely on you not just because of your strength, but because of the symbol of hope you carry behind your back. You have never been alone, never will be, so stand proud, everyone is waiting for you."  As he finished the two lovers continued to gaze into each others eyes, never for a moment did either look away. They knew there reunion was coming to an end.

Conflicted Gojo continued, "But what if I fail again, what is the point, he's too strong, Suguru."

Smiling, Suguru answered, " One problem you carry Satoru is that you believe you have to do everything alone. 'When you're tired, it's okay to show you're tired. When you're hurt, it's okay to show that you're hurt. If there's something that makes you weary, you can talk to us.' In the eyes of all, you will always be the strongest, but that does not mean showing your emotions or asking for help make you weak. Always remember that Satoru."

Those words ended being the final blow, as Gojo Satoru started to cry, with his one and only cradling his body into his arms. "Oh Suguru... I'm so tired...I'm so exhausted.."

Softly, as the black haired man continues holds his lover, he whispers kindly, " I know Satoru....how much a blessing and a curse this gift has been on you, but this is not the end. You are strong enough to defeat them all, so go, you must Satoru, your people are waiting for you."

As the two lovers let each other go from their final embrace, Satoru spoke, " I'll come back. We will meet again. I'll never forget you Suguru."

Smiling knowingly Suguru nodded, " We will meet again, but not for a very long time. So go now, I will wait for you, Satoru." 

......And so as the strongest turned around, all that could be seen was how comforting that back truly was going to be to the world now that Gojo Satoru was back
