It was about 10 years since the pups got older and left the lookout. Ryder decided he was gonna live Katie and live their lives together as a loving couple. Now that the pups can write their own stories since they were much older and mature.

The lookout was closed down since no one took Ryder's replacement as a leader. He is a hero of honor and trustworthy to protect Adventure Bay by harms way, lost in dust and gravel. A part of the town wanted him to continue his job, but he refused the offer. He and Katie raised a loving family, two girls and a boy who'd passed away several months ago. They we're devastated in their lost and kept moving on.

Meanwhile, Chase directed traffic downtown due to a broken traffic light. He had his police uniform, along with a tight, thick vest that folded over his shoulders. Chase loved his job very much, but not as much as he loved Marshal.

His feelings were trapped inside, locked away in a safe. That anytime he'd seen the dalmatian in his firetruck, a red storm would form on his face. The shepherd hid his face and directed Marshal down the street. As marshal left chase's sight, Chase took a deep breath out of his chest. Relieved that marshal didn't see his tomato face, but a deep sharp pain was left afterward.

He softly whimpered, which made his ears flatten against his head. Chase didn't know what to say to Marshal. He was afraid that he would be rejected by him, except nothing would stop him from sharing his feelings. No matter how hard the shepherd's emotions tied his heart. Just one day, Chase will have the balls to tell Marshal how he really feels. Literally strong and big balls.
