Her appearance is so weird... she looks like a walking zombie mixed with a nerdy geek. Her long and dirty hair is unwashed, her skinny body is wrapped in baggy clothes, and she has bags under her eyes that make her look like she hasn't slept in weeks. She also has a weird way of speaking that resembles a shy robot trying to communicate with humans. The awkward silence is interrupted by a few awkward chuckles from your classmates, but you ignore it. 'H- h- hi...' Tomoko said to Kolton. Kolton moved his long dirty blonde hair from his face, making his hazel eyes and pale skin apparent. He blushed. Like he just saw the love of his life. He wasn't a very social person either.

Kolton cleared his throat. "Um...hi." he replied, his voice sounding like a rusty nail on a chalkboard Tomoko fidgeted with her hands. "I- I'm Tomoko..." She kicked the ground with the toe of her shoe. Kolton kicked the ground with the toe of his converse. "I'm Kolton..." "It's nice to meet you, Kolton." "It's nice to meet you too, Tomoko." They stood there in silence, both of them blushing like mad. Finally, Tomoko broke the silence. "S- so..." she started to say, but her voice trailed off. "S- so..." Kolton started to say, but he couldn't finish his sentence either. They stood there for a moment, just looking at each other. Then, Kolton reached out and took Tomoko's hand. "Let's go get some coffee." he said. Tomoko smiled, and they walked off together, their hands still clasped together. As they walked, Tomoko couldn't help but wonder if this was the start of something beautiful.

Their first date was at a local coffee shop. Kolton ordered a triple espresso, and Tomoko ordered a caramel macchiato. They sat down at a small table and immediately started talking. They talked about everything from their favorite video games to their deepest fears. Kolton found himself completely drawn to Tomoko. He had never met anyone quite like her before. Tomoko felt the same way. She had never felt so comfortable around anyone else. As they talked, they realized how much they had in common. They both loved gaming, they both hated themselves sometimes, and they both just wanted someone to understand them. As the night went on, they grew closer and closer. By the end of the date, they were holding hands under the table, not wanting to let go of each other.

Their next date was at an arcade. They spent hours playing games, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. They even played a few games against each other, which only made their competitive sides come out even more. After the arcade, they went to a movie. They saw a sci-fi film that they both loved, and during the movie, Kolton reached over and held Tomoko's hand in the dark theater. She didn't pull away. In fact, she squeezed his hand back, letting him know that she felt the same way.

As time went on, their relationship grew stronger. They started to spend every waking moment together. They would stay up all night playing video games, watch movies, and even go on long walks in the park. They would talk about anything and everything, and Kolton found himself opening up to her more than he ever had to anyone else. Tomoko felt the same way. She was finally starting to feel happy and content with her life, and she knew that it was all because of Kolton.Their friends and family began to notice the change in them. They were always together, and they seemed to light up whenever they were around each other. People started to wonder if they were more than just friends, but neither of them was ready to admit it to anyone else just yet. They didn't want to jinx it. They didn't want to put any pressure on their relationship. They just wanted to enjoy the time they had together and see where it went.

One day, while they were walking through the park, Kolton took Tomoko's hand in his. He looked into her eyes and told her that he loved her. Tomoko's heart skipped a beat, but she didn't say anything. She couldn't believe that the words had finally come out of his mouth. After what felt like an eternity, she finally found her voice and said, "I love you too, Kolton." They kissed each other softly, their lips pressed together in a way that made their hearts race.

They decided that they didn't want to keep their relationship a secret anymore. They wanted the world to know how they felt about each other. So, they told their closest friends and family members. At first, they were all surprised, but they were also happy for them. They threw them a party to celebrate their love and newfound happiness. It was the best night of their lives.

Until A popular girl named Stephanie... Who was absolutely obsessed with Kolton decided to blackmail Tomoko. Taking advantage of the fact that she isn't the most social person, and prefers to keep a low profile, threatened to make her life a living hell if she didn't breakup with Kolton.

Terrified and heartbroken, Tomoko reluctantly agreed. She didn't want to lose everything she had, and she didn't want Kolton to get hurt. The next day, she broke up with him in front of their entire class. Kolton was shocked and devastated. He tried to convince her that they could work things out, but she was too afraid to stand up to Stephanie.
Kolton ended up becoming very depressed due to this. And Stephanie tried to comfort him. But Kolton just couldn't fall in love with Stephanie due to his love for Tomoko.
He couldn't take it anymore. And decided that he can't live with out her. So he attempts to take his life.

But he fails. And Stephanie ends up taking the blame for him, as she was the one who had been blackmailing Tomoko all along. Many years later, he runs into Tomoko at a gaming convention.
