Where is She

Chapter 2: Finding Her

"Hey, we're just waiting for everyone to get here. Should be soon," K says as Ramee pulls into the cubby.

"Alright, I need to go change and grab some stuff. I'll be right back," Ramee says.

As he's grabbing a resupply from his stash he sees the note that he saved from April.

'sorry ramee I lost one of your guns (it was a big one) and then so I took another one but this time only a pistol.

"How's he doing?" K asked Ricardo.

"Better than I thought," Ricardo sighed. "But I don't know how long that'll last if we don't find her soon. You know bestie, I think we're all worried but she'll be okay."

"She better be, if she knows what's good for her," K says, not able to hide the worry deep in his eyes. "The problem is we don't know who would take her and why."

"Well have you talked to any of her friends yet? They were all on the yacht, but maybe they'll know if she's had any problems with anyone. Like Lucas or Ray?"

"That's a good idea, Ricardo. Hey, Ray!" K calls her. "Come down and talk to us."

"What?" Ray yells down from the roof. "Oh okay, I'll be right down!"

Jumping down from the crates and dusting off, she says,"Hi Ricardo! Whatcha need Mr. K? Did you find April yet? Is she okay? Where is sh-"

"Hold on, slow down bestie," Ricardo interrupts. "We haven't found her yet, Ramee and I just got here to regroup with you guys. We wanted to ask you if anything was happening to April the last few days that maybe she wasn't telling anyone. Was she acting weird or hanging out with anyone new?"

"Oh ok. Listen, I'm not going to snitch on my gorl!"

"You're not snitching, we just need to know if something was happening so we can try to find her or whoever took her," Ricardo explains. "Right now, we can't think of any reason why someone would take her, but we don't think she just left by herself either."

"Hmmm...Okay, well, I don't think anything was happening. She seemed fine, like her normal self..." Ray says, trailing off. "But I also haven't been awake for a few days either so something could've happened then, right? Breh I don't know."

"We should talk to Lucas, he's her best friend. If something happened then he probably knows," Ramee says, coming up behind the small group, surprising them a bit. Everyone pretends to not notice that his voice is a bit strained and his eyes a bit shiny. This wasn't the time for pot-stirring, even Taco knew that.

"It'll be okay, man," Taco says, putting a hand on his shoulder. "It'll be okay." Trying to console his friend, but knowing he wouldn't want all the attention called to him.

"I know it will be, why are you saying it like that. What do you mean?" Ramee asks.

"No particular reason, just that everything will be okay."

"Yeah sure, okay. What's the plan then, what are we doing," Ramee asks. "Are we talking to Lucas? Does anyone know where he is?"

"He's probably at UwU like he always is, let's just go there and find him," Ray suggested.

"Sounds good to me, let's go. Who's all coming?"

"We'll all go and just split into 3 cars in case anything happens," K says.

"Good idea, let's go. Everyone pick a car," Ramee says while walking to the AMG.

RAMEE POV

Just for you <3.

I'd take another of those selfies right now if it meant she was okay. I didn't ever think I'd miss something as small as a selfie, especially when she was sending it to other guys too, but it would mean she was safe and happy. Not wherever she is now, with whoever took her. I know she didn't just leave, she wouldn't do that. Not at least without making a scene or a dramatic exit. Classic April...

We'll reschedule the party once we find her. I was hoping that would make it up to her, but now we'll have to redo it so she can have the party she wanted.

I'll do everything I can to find her and I know the boys will too. We'll figure this out...we have to. I need to talk to her and apologize, I have to let her know.
