NAINA'S POV :
"I can't believe this!!!! ...... Bhai and woh chudail!!" Preeti yelled pacing around me.
I was sitting on the bench in the garden listening to her. Everyone seemed pissed hearing the news specially Preeti.
" Shant ho ja aur baith ke baat kar Preeti." I said to her softly.
She stopped her hands on her hip and looked at me
"Just tell me, how can you be so calm Naina?" She said.
I shrugged my shoulder and kept silent.
"Mujhe toh bas ek baat ki chinta ho rahi hai ki woh chudail humare saath yaha rehne aane wali hain!!!" Swati added.
"Iss chudail ko bohot achchi tarike seh pata hai kaise mere bhai ko fasa ke ghar mein ghusna hain" Preeti said. "Yakeen nhi ho raha abhi tak! How could my brother do this that also with her!!!! Eww!!! "
"I am not getting good vibes regarding her living here" Swati added.
I was with them but it was like in another world, where there is no feelings,no pain, no anger, nothing..... Just the emptiness. It was like my heart , my soul were not in my body anymore. I felt devoid of any emotions. Just a broken mess I was. He is going to be a father of someone else child. He is going to marry his child's mother. These just reminds me there is and won't be any chance between us. There won't be us ever.
So what was the benifit to talk about this , we can't fight fate anyway. I have to face the obvious we are not meant to be together.
Starting from this day no more hopes, no more dreams, and no expectations.
It's just one more reason to make me forget about him.
Sameer is a closed file definitely.
"When is she coming here?" Swati asked.
"This evening, Madam humare saath dinner karne pradhaar (coming) rahi hain" Preeti replied with sarcasm.
"Naina! Kuch toh bol please" preeti called me when she found that I was all lost.
I looked at the time in my phone and saw that it was time for me to return to work. I sighed and get up.
" I....I have to return to work now. Tum dono seh baadme milti hu" I voiced out.
"Naina....." Preeti said grabbing my arm
"It's ok Preeti, main thik hu....tu...tu chinta mat kar" I voiced out with a painful smile and made my way to the kitchen kamya was definitely there.
I prepared the dinner with the help of kamya and Bela chachi and waited for Sunaina to come.
Almost an hour later a maid informed that Sunaina has come.
I nodded and headed to the living room. They were all there, Sameer, Pandit, Munna and Sunaina.
She was sitting on the couch, with crossed legs next to Sameer.
"K... Khana taiyar hai" I told with the most neutral voice possible.
"Is Preeti is going to join us?" Sameer asked.
"Main usse bulane hi ja rhi thi" I said with my eyes down unable to look at his eyes because I know that if I would look at his direction then my eyes would betray me and start flowing tears.
"Ok, let's go to the dining room then" Sameer said after a small pause.
Meanwhile I could feel Sunaina staring at me with an unreadable expression.
