Chapter 44

June 30, Tuesday

Sienna's POV

OMG! Oh my gosh! It is prom today. I have dreamed about today since I started liking Dylan. And I remember constantly daydreaming about going with him, let alone actually going with him. And guess what, I'm going to prom with Dylan O'Connor! He didn't exactly use an original way of asking me. Dylan used those never ending cube thingies. But it was cute nevertheless.

Currently, I was at Maeva's place as we are getting ready for the dance. Right now, it's around seven thirty, and prom starts at eight. Personally, I was very proud of my outfit. I love everything about it.

My dress was a sort of dull green color, but bright enough for my liking. The top part was a v-neck with poofy sheer sleeves that went all the way to my elbow. The waist part hugged tightly around my body with two small bows at the very middle. And the actual skirt part of it was layers of sheer fabric and it ends at mid-calf with flower patterns on it.

My shoes were pastel purple strappy heels with purple butterflies on the straps, which ended mid-calf as well. For jewelery I wore a necklace, a bracelet and earrings. My makeup was green eyeshadow, to match with the dress, with some small white daisies drawn on and mascara. I didn't really bother with the lipstick, so I just applied some lip gloss. And lastly for the hair, I had it curled. Most of it was let down, but the top layer of my hair was pulled back and tied into a loose bubble braid.

Either way, I was listing out all of the people that Kathrin could stick with because I knew which people do and do not have a date. Kind of stalker-ish, I know, but rumors fly. And I basically talk to everyone, so I know this stuff.

In the process of me listing people and Kathrin commenting something bad about them afterwards, I got interrupted by someone walking in with a hand covering their eyes.

"Sienna?" The black haired boy, being my boyfriend wearing a suit that looked so good on him, called out in a quizzical tone. "Yeah?" I replied, glancing towards Kathrin, who also held a confused look on her face. "Are you done changing?" Dylan then asked. "Yeah." I simply replied, chuckling slightly.

He slowly took his hand away from his eyes so it was no longer covering them, peeking through his fingers just to double check that we are actually finished. "Oh-- hey Kathrin." Dylan greeted my friend. "Dylan." She nodded in response, then looked towards me, and back at him. "I'm gonna go." The brunette girl pointed at the door, walking towards it and outside.
