Today there is a slightly longer chapter, I hope you like it and have fun while reading.

I grabbed the ampoule and began to slowly pull my hand out of my pocket. There it was again the desire to take this substance to me. I knew it was wrong to do it, but my desire grew by the minute. I got up and wrapped the ampoule again with my hand. I ran towards my study and immediately closed the door behind me after entering. I walked on wobbly legs to my desk so I could lean on it. Slowly and with shaky hands I opened the drawer of my wooden table. I glanced at a small metal box whose lid I immediately opened. I tilted my head as there was only one needle left in the box. I was sure there were more in there yesterday. I reached for the metal box and picked up the needle. I dropped into the leather chair in the back so I wouldn't tip over. So I put on this devil's stuff and looked at it closely. I slowly pushed my shirt up.A comfortably warm feeling spread in me and my muscles finally relaxed. The trembling in my legs subsided over time. I put the half-full ampoule back in the metal box and put the needle next to it. I quickly closed the drawer and let the key slide around my neck again.
This feeling always reminds me of my youth. The first time I took it was at a high school party. Totally cliché, because everyone did it and you didn't want to be excluded. Back then, my career was still in its infancy and hardly anyone knew the name Depp. I've always been the quiet boy next door. My childhood was marked by beatings. My mother beat my sister and me regularly. I was her victim for everything. If the dishwasher hasn't been cleaned out or she didn't have enough money for alcohol. That day, after she had each hit me once. The reason was because I didn't bring her any cigarettes. She beat me until my entire back will be covered with bruises tomorrow. Blood dripped on the streams every step I took toward the front door. Arrived at the party I was offered a glass of Coke, but of course the others had allowed themselves a fun. In the cup was not only cola, but also ecstasy. First I noticed a dizziness getting worse and then the hallucinations started. I staggered further and further towards the toilet. Everything around me was blurred. The laughter of the others seemed to be infinitely far away. I only noticed occasional faces and silhouettes. I kept losing control of my body. The only thing I remember is someone stroking my head and whispering to me that everything was going to be okay. I haven't been able to get away from it since that day. The drugs seem to eat me up from the inside, it was the only thing that made me forget reality for a few hours.
Lilly's view
I searched my pocket for my phone, but it just wasn't there. Annoyed I moaned and ran back home from the bus stop. I let my hand slide along the garden fence. The metal began to sound under my touch. I had to laugh because it reminded me of my childhood. I used to walk here with Dad a lot. I jumped over our garden fence and pulled my key out of my jacket pocket. I tried to push the key into my lap as slowly as possible so I wouldn't wake Dad up. I think he went to bed again. I was really worried about him. He thinks I wouldn't know, but I know he's back on drugs. I can feel his desperation very clearly. He's never been very good at hiding his feelings. I always let him think that I wouldn't notice, and it's always worked out fine until now. It has always been important to him that I am safe and not see how mentally ill he is.
He's strong for me.
