Hide and wash

Both Alex and Leo was bored on a sunday and didn't know what to do until Alex got an idea.

Alex: I know. We can play hide and seek.

Leo: Isn't it unfair when i'm in this size?

Alex: No it's more challenging. Now I count to 20 and you go hide somewhere in the house ok?

Leo: Ok.

Alex started counting and Leo ran off. He ran to find a hiding place without getting seen by Alex's mom. Then he went to the laundry room and hid in the basket with clothes.

Leo: This will be a good hiding place.

Just then Alex was done counting and started looking but he then heard his mother.

Mom: Alex! Can you fix the laundry for me while i'm gone shopping?

Alex: Ok mom!

She walked out and Alex walked to the laundry room and prepared the washing machine. Leo didn't here him thanks to all the laundry. When the machine was prepared Alex took the laundry from the basket and throwed it in.

Leo: What was that?

He managed to get out of the clothes and saw that he was inside a big machine. Water started to fill up and he panicked but he saw Alex leave and tried to get his attention.

Leo: Alex. I'm here help me out please.

But Alex didn't hear and continued to look for Leo. The water filled the whole machine and Leo held his breath but then got tossed around by the spinning.

Alex was still looking for Leo.

Alex: I've looked everywere. Where could he-

Just then it hit him and his face turned pale.

Alex: Oh no!

He ran as fast as he could to the laundry room, and there he something in the washing machine that wasn't clothes.

Alex: Leo!

Quickly he pressed stop making it stop spinning and water to ran out. Then he opened it and grabbed Leo who wasn't moving.

Alex: Leo please wake up.

He then tought of something.

Alex: I have no other choice.

Gently he put Leo down and did CPR on his tiny body. Pressing on his cheast and then blowing into his mouth. It wasn't that plesent for Alex but he had no other choice. After some minutes Leo coughed up water and sat up.

Leo: Ok that wasn't a good hiding place after all.

Alex: Leo!

He picked him up, gave him a kiss on the head and hugged him.

Alex: I thought you where gone.

Leo: I almost was but I guess you saved me. But how?

Alex: Let's not talk about it. Now new rule. When playing hide and seek.

Leo: Don't hide where it can be dangerous being small.

Alex nodded and after starting the machine again walked to his room with Leo and played some games. And Leo knew that he wouldn't hide like that again. But one good thing was that he was cleaner then ever.
