10:37:89 P.M. ...Warrick and his friends, Stan, Vanessa, Ron and Lori are going home from a well-spent drinking night. They are walking through Barren Street, an especially large and well lit part of Brick Bay. Despite spending their day downing anything the bartender of Last Resort recommended to them they are only moderately tipsy. Warrick is however completely sober not only because he himself is the bartender, but he also doesn't like drinking in public. All he had to drink were a couple of virgin mojitos and cranberry juice. He really likes cranberry juice. So much so, that he mixes some of it in anything that is drinkable. His reasoning behind his apparent addiction to the red fluid is that "It tastes like life: bittersweet.". He is at heart a realist and sees things as they are, he rarely questions why things happen, he is more concerned with how they happen. As they were walking through the final alley something caught Warrick's eye: a withering sunflower nail gunned to a tree. With most of them already intoxicated and Brick Bay being home to a lot of pranksters they didn't think much of it at the time.
