Jughead POV

We walked to Pops because it wasnt a far way. I learn that betty loves writing and she writes for the school newspaper "the blue and gold". We're in the same grade. God she's so gorgeous. Her blue eyes are so pretty I can't stop looking at them.  We arrived at Pops and i opened the door for me. She smiles and said " thank you jug". "You're welcome betts".  We walk over to a booth and pops comes over.
"Hello my favorite customer. Who's this?"
" This is Jughead Jones. He just moved in to the house next door."
"Wait is your father Fp Jones?" Pops asked
" yes sir" I replied
" you gotta tell him to swing by I haven't seen him in about 22 years. ( A/N FP is about 40 here he left when he was 18)
" I will sir."
" Please call me Pops. What do you guys want?"
"The usual please pops". Betty said
"Can I have a cheeseburger and a chocolate malt milkshake please? I asked
"You got it" pops said
"Thanks pops" we said in unison
Pops walks away to place their orders. We talked until pops brought us our food.
"Mhm" i moaned as i took a bite of his burger " this is so good."
" told ya." Betty replied
We heard the bell rang and a red headed boy and a raven-colored hair girl walked in hand and hand.
"Hey Bee!" The girl said
" Hey vee and Arch! This is Jughead Jones he just moved in next door. "  (a/n Archie doesn't live next door to bee he lives closer to Vee)
" hi" I said quietly.
"Hey are you shy?" Ask the raven-colored hair girl who I take it Veronica
"Yea." I replied softly
" it's okay" says the boy who I take as Archie
Pops walks towards us with 2 plates and 2 shakes on a tray.
"Hey arch and Veronica! You guys want something?"
"We're good for now pops but thank you" Veronica replied with a smile on her face.
"No problem!" Says Pops
"How old are you" Archie ask me
"16 and going into 10th grade" I replied back
"Same with all of us" replied Archie
"Nice Nice'' I said
I continue to eat while they talked and completely zone out thinking about how gorgeous Betty is. Damn if only she was mine.
"Jug? Jug? JUGHEAD?" Someone shouts
" What"
"What are you thinking about" Ask Archie
"N-nothing!
"You sure? Ask Veronica
"Y-yea."
"Okay were gonna head out bye Bee bye Jughead
"Bye" we said in unison
"So juggie what were you thinking about "asked the beautiful blonde in front of me
"Um-
