Kat POV

It's not fun waking up in a hospital bed hooked up to an IV. Uh, I hate needles. Just seeing it in my skin sent shivers down my spine. I'll be let out today, luckily. Though I was instructed to stay at my aunt and uncle's house for a few days at least. Just to make sure I'm stable. That's fine, though I'll have to pay my pet sitter more.

"Kat, you ready to go," says Sam, looking at me with a smile.
"Yes, I'm ready to get out of this fucking place. Are you perhaps my ride?," I ask.
"Yeah, I'm actually taking you to meet the rest of the Autobots first," he whispered.
"Well ain't that great," I said with a smile. We walk out and I see Bee in his car form. I slide into the passenger seat.
I pat the dash, "How have you been Bee?," I asked. A rumble of the engine answers my question. I then hear the sound of clicking.
I look over to see, "Bunny, oh, my baby, I'm sorry that I have been gone for a while," I say as I hold the tiny con close. He clicked even more, snuggling up to my cheek.
"Yeah, I thought you might want to see him. Cause he sure wanted to see you," said Sam. I laughed a small bit as the tiny con crawled down and snuggled into my neck.
"He didn't cause too much trouble, right?," I asked .
"No.... Maybe a little. He wouldn't let the rescue team near you. I had to grab him when he let his guard down. Bee did his best to explain to him that they were just trying to help you," Sam explained. I laughed a little bit.
"Little Bunny was trying to protect momma. That's sweet," I whispered with a smile, as I patted Bunny's head.
"Well, I can't wait to meet the rest of the team," I said.
"How did you feel when you first met them?," I asked Sam

"With the All Spark gone, we cannot return life to our planet. And fate has yielded its reward, a new world to call home. We live among its people now, hiding in plain sight, but watching over them in secret, waiting, protecting. I have witnessed their capacity for courage. And though we are worlds apart, like us, there's more to them than meets the eye. I am Optimus Prime and I send this message to any surviving Autobots taking refuge among the stars. We are here. We are waiting."

It feels weird going from an almost apocalyptic world, back to your normal everyday life. My babies were happy to see me again though. Jewels said that they missed me very much. I could see that, as of the moment I was washing the dishes and I was surrounded by them. I had my dogs at my feet, the cats surrounding the sink on the nearby counter space, and Bunny curled up on my shoulder. They were at first shocked, I guess, to find out they have a new little brother. Though they weren't as shocked as Sam whenever I said I would keep the baby decepticon. I sigh, they are always like this when I get back from a trip.
I hear the sound of an engine rumble in my front yard.
"Huh, no one I know is coming today," I said as I slowly peeked out my kitchen window.
I caught a glimpse of a cop car, "Barricade?," I said, quickly putting the glass on the drying rack, putting Bunny on the counter, and run to my garage.
