I watched as Kuoh was covered by a barrier.
"They've covered the entire school with a protective barrier. If nothing Jurassic happens, it should be able to keep anything within it from getting damaged." Sona told Rias.
"Thank you Sona. This means so much."
"Understand this will only work if conditions remain the same."
"Got it!"
Tsubaki teleported to the school. As soon as I saw her, I ran towards her.
"Please. Give me some good news about her." I said.
"Thanks to Asia's twilight healing, she'll live."
Asia took a deep breath. "What a relief."
"Where's Xenovia? I wonder if she'll even come now." Issei wondered.
"Have you heard from Kiba either?" Saji asked.
"No, we haven't seen or heard from him." I responded.
"But he'll be here. He has to be." Issei added on.
"Right." Koneko said.
"I'll keep the barrier up. But I might not be able to keep the school from collapsing. As much as I prefer to avoid it." Sona said.
"I'm not going to let that happen." Rias said.
"Rias. It's not too late. You can still contact your brother."
"You know what I don't see? You trying to contact your big sister."
"With good reason too. Sirzechs loves you. You know he would want to assist us. There's no doubt he would come here as soon as you called him. So call him."
Sona does have a point. I mean, the fact that Sirzechs literally let me crash the engagement party and save Rias says a lot.
"There's no reason. I've already contacted Sirzechs." Akeno said walking towards us.
"How could you do that without asking me first?!"
"Look Rias. I understand you don't want to bother your brother unless we absolutely must. Our enemy is a leader class Fallen Angel. He's not someone you can take on your own. I think that qualifies this to be a must."
I walked next to Akeno. "Don't be mad at her. She's entirely right. I would have done the same thing. We're fighting someone stronger than any of us have ever faced before. We need the most amount of help we can get."
Rias sighed. "When you put it like that, I can't argue. Fine."
"I thank you for your consideration president. Sirzechs is on his way. I believe that his forces should arrive here just about an hour. And I thank you Y/N for explaining it to her."
She then went to my ear. "Just wait till we finish. I'll be sure to give you a reward for helping me out."
I blushed when she said that. Oh god... I can't believe I'm thinking this but... I hope we finish soon and head back soon.
"Issei. I want you to be on support this time." Rias told Issei. We were walking to position.
"Support?"
"I want you to use your ability to to transfer power to the rest of us to increase our strength."
"No problem I'm all over it!"
"And I think we can stall until Issei transfers his power to everyone. Don't you?" Rias asked Akeno and Koneko.
"I think that we can manage that."
