Izuku unconsciously was 'writing' down Kai's quirk on the palm of his hand. He then realized what he was doing by the confused look Overhaul was giving him. "O-oh, I'm sorry! It's just you're quirk is so amazing. I guess I was trying to write it down, which I would usally do with my notebook." He chukled.

"A notebook like this?" Kai then pulled out the botebook and handed it over to him. "y-yes! I thought it had disintegrated because of the water..." "Well it didn't. Now, I would like to offer you a very special job that only you can do" Izuku tilted his head, interested on what Kai had to say. "I've seen you're notebook, and it's filled with much information about heroes"

"Oh-oh yea, it's just a small thing I like to do." He chukled. "Well it's a very impressive small thing. You could work with us, and in return, you'll be kept safe from danger and anybody's harm" "You're the second greatest villan in the underground, now why would you want my help. Don't you have others that can do the same as me?"

Kai was taken back, he was surprised at the fact that Midoiya knew who he really was. Izuku noticed his expression. "I don't just collect information about heros" "Well, we do have workers for that, but it's risky since all of them are villans. You on the other hand. You're just a kid, you would blend in well with the people and nobody would suspect you"

"But..." "But what?" "Sigh* you're now reported as missing, so it's gonna be a little bit of truble if the police just sees you walking aimlessly in the middle of the road. So you would have to go in disguise." "Wow, you're already planing on what I gotta do even though I haven said yes" "Well, would you wanna join the underground and work for me and All for one?" Kai said as he held out his hand.

"Yes" Izuku said as he shook it. "Good, now the doctor will check up on you. Once he's finished, get some more rest, you definitely need it by the eyebags you got" he chukled. Izuku blushed from embarrassment as the Dr.kyudai came over. Overhaul went back upstairs. "Well, how is he?" Shigaraki asked annoyed. "He's well, he has agreed to join us" "Sir, I've got the information about the boy." Kai noded signaling Kurogiri to read the information outloud.

"His full name is Izuku Midoriya. He has many hospital records from age 4 to 14. They mostly include of severe burns on his body. He was pronounced quirkles." "But that means he really isn't quirkles right? Since he wasn't declared quirkles" Asked Kai. "Yes sir. But why may you ask?" "Well, when we headed down the basement, the nomus all woke up and I thought they were staring at me, but I they must have been staring at Izuku, his hair was glowing a little bit, no quirkles person can do that."

Kurogiri nodded, "I shall ask Dr. Kyudai to run a few test." Kai nodded. Kurogiri went on reading. "Parents names are Inko Midoriya, and Hisashi midoriya, who is out of the picture. Mother is single and lives on a two bedroom apartment."

"Sounds pretty normal to me" dabi shrugged. "Inko Midoriya was suspected of child neglect after neighbor called child services after hearing bloody horrorfing yelling 4 years ago." Nevermind I take that back" "So not only has he been bullied but has been abused at home too" everyone turned to Kai. "Poor little bunny, no child should go thought that!" Toga said as she stabbed the counter with her knife.

"Watch it!" Growld Shigaraki. "Hey Toga, how old are you?" Kai asked. "Oh well I am a genuine 16 years old school girl!~" she said proudly. (she's actually 17, I searched up, but I wanted to changed it) "Perfect, since you're just 2 years older than him, you'll get along perfectly." "What are you saying?" She asked.

"Well, since hes gonna join us, I don't want him to just collect information. I want him to defend himself. So I want you to train him, make Izuku a mini version of you." "So like a little brother!!!" She Squealed in excitement.

"If you wanna put it that way." Suddenly a loud crash was heard from the basement.
